You get to play with real players, and the game play is straightforward. Sure, there are annoying players sometimes, but there are others who will challenge you or be good sports. Also, there are always plenty of tables open if the one you're at doesn't suit you (and it's easy to change). If there's offensive language, you can just mute chat. I'm happy with the experience they've created with this game.

I recently purchased a new iPad. When downloading account from the cloud all of my chips, 2.1 billion disappeared. I sent an email to tech support and within a day received a kind email requesting confirmation of who I was and my chips were restored immediately. I had read about poor support, but my issue was resolved quickly with professionalism and courtesy. bbuptick

It is addictive, too many rare sequences that can't possible random, lets player think they can have similar luck at a real poker game, impolite and bully players dominate the table, players should be able to vote a bad player out within a minute which would force people to be polite and courteous, and as a result, this game discourages empathy which in turn creates a culture of sociopaths out of potentially loving people,

Maheshi Sharma Playing since 2011 . I am 74 yrs old . Never spent a dime to buy chips . I have been playing with the Bonus chips only till date . Some times it’s hard to understand why my Colour lost to a straight and at times why a straight lost to c.....! Yet my winnings score has reached 200 + thousand at 3-4 occasions. Where are they? Someone please tell me & all the other 2k customers complaining where customer service is!?! This is fake poker. They can take our money but everything else is on us??? NO WAY! This app is a JOKE. I barely use it anymore & I have a boatload of chips. Avoid this app if possible guys, seriously. It’s not even worth having on your phones, it’ll only take up space. There’s a lot of other things I wanna say about this app, but I can’t because then my review would probably get deleted which would then only mask what people really think about this app. FIND A BETTER APP!!!
