You could add the video from the camera roll or iCloud (using files application). As soon as the video is selected the application will automatically start the stabilization process. The application also has inbuilt previewer to preview the original video as well as the stabilized video. The stabilized videos could be saved to camera roll, saved to iCloud using files application or could be shared easily with many other applications. Note : The application could not stabilize videos that are captured at a very close distance.
