VENUE | On-Stage

I’m glad to see avid is finally, maybe, taking iPad support seriously. So far it’s worked well for controlling stage mixes and IEMs but it’s still lacking basic features needed for remote FOH mixing or sound checks that have been included with other digital consoles for years. Would love to see addition of eq, dynamics and plugin control.

As intended, it’s great. Always connects, resizes really well for phones versus iPad, meters are super responsive, and the faders are easy to grab and move around. It even allows moving many faders at once. Could use way more features if it’s expected to be used by engineers, but it’s great as a Aviom or Hear System replacement.

Would like to see an update where we can at least process output eq.

There are almost NO components to this besides sends and master fader controls for mains and auxes. Almost pointless to release an app with these few features. My studio live console from 2010 had A TON more features than this. It’s embarrassing for Avid to be that far behind the game. Hard to believe that Berihnger is more accommodating than them. STEP IT UP PRONTO!!!!

It’s sole design was to be a musicians on stage monitor mixer. It’s super easy for any musician to pick up in a matter of seconds.
