We are using UPKEEP for our small size businesses, facility maintenance, automated gate access and control and commercial construction. As you can imagine it was a nightmare keeping up with jobs, the status, materials,man hours and billing, UPKEEP has made life so much easier for everyone, office personnel,Managers,and people in the field, we can quickly look at a job and answer any questions, The Who’s,the What’s, the When’s, The Why’s, best of all billing is faster. We are learning new and better ways to improve our production everyday with UPKEEP and the help we get from the UPKEEP technician,Always fast and friendly.
I am a maintenance employee for a management company in a beach town in Florida. I maintain several condo buildings, certain units in those buildings and several rental properties around town. I downloaded upkeep to help catalog assets (elevator, generator, all the way down to ovens and fridges) and keep record of work orders related to those assets as well as inventory to ease the billing process. It’s incredibly powerful and extremely helpful, does everything I need it to and probably much more. The reason for the 4 starts instead of five is really only because they certainly make you pay for additional features. This probably isn’t an issue for larger companies and is to be expected with powerful commercial programs, it was just notable and something to consider if you’re running a smaller but several person operation, as you will have to pay for each memeber of the team to access whatever tier of functionality they’ll need.
Before UpKeep our biggest complaint from staff was that things on the maintenance list was never being completed or that they never knew if it was completed. UpKeep has helped us report faster to the Maintenance Supervisor any concern that needed attention and report back when an item was completed. This app has brought much organization to a department that needed it so much. I wouldn't want to go back to the way it was. Now we don't have any concerns regarding the maintenance department. Thank you, UPKEEP! I would highly recommend this app! 5 STARS.
This app has been a great tool for my small business! Instead of sorting and dealing with paperwork that related to work orders, our maintenance manager is able to easily access data on our assets through the neatly organized tabs and simple interface. I love being able to prioritize certain work orders and review costs and additional reports. So far I have not experienced any glitches and the biweekly updates always seem to make the app run more smoothly. I would highly recommend this app.
Using this app allowed my company to get equipment fixed fast and efficiently. As a large company, we ideally want a fast line of communication between administration and maintenance to get things fixed as soon as possible. This app allows that to happen since you are able to easily manage all work orders and assign it to different workers. Also, the user interface friendliness that allows for cross-device sync and quick access makes this app reliable.
