Sure, we are working on the app right now. You can pull down to refresh on the “Recent items” tab. The app currently only search for items until the date of the last scrobble to speed up updates. We are working on a better solution though. If your scrobbles doesn’t appear probably they wasn’t downloaded properly from last.fm. If you pull down your profile avatar on the main screen your Library will be refreshed from last.fm. You can also go to Settings and refresh from there. The app scrobbles automatically the music you listen on your music app every time you open the app and it also has a built-in silent background scrobbling routine that periodically checks for new scrobbles even if the app isn’t active, but if you feel like the app is missing scrobbles you can also update manually your library taping the Update button. It will scan plays for the last fifteen days and send them to Last.fm. If you need help or further assistance, please send us a mail to trax@fluido.es. We will be glad fixing this issue for you.

Just be patient. We have tested it with your Last.fm username (@Big_Baby_Jesus) on an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I can tell you that your 321,076 scrobbles have been completely downloaded in 12' 37''. Last.fm server have failed 12 times in between after downloading the 128.000th Scrobble ("Operation failed - Most likely the backend service failed. Please try again.") but the app has recovered from the error and have continued downloading your Library. In your case, the app has made 349 calls to Last.fm to download your data. We just leave the app downloading without further tapping on other features during download. Probably the cause of your data stuck on the 230.000th scrobble is that Last.fm is refusing serving more scrobbles. Just try after a while. The app will restart downloading when Last.fm. would allow your profile get your data again. In general terms, I must say that Last.fm server fails a lot when downloading scrobbles in a recursive way and stops serving data without any reason (the "Operation failed - Most likely the backend service failed. Please try again" internal message). The app will try again several times if it receives a server error though. Also, after multiple requests, the server could temporarily block calls from the user as it could think he is overusing the service. Unfortunately these issues arise in every app that need to download Last.fm user scrobbles. So, we have developed an app with these silly limitations in mind and it will restart downloading the next time it is active from the last scrobble it was downloaded until finishing the task. I must say that Last.fm isn’t as reliable as a service as we would like.

Thanks for the feedback. Version 1.4 fix the issues you are reporting. We have fixed the crash when trying to merge two albums. We have also checked out the rest of merging features and they work as expected. Thanks for pointing this out. Scrobbling local music to Last.fm return errors if artists or titles contain ampersands ("&"). We have fixed this issue as well. Now it must work for you. If you have issues with duplicates, please, refer to the Troubleshooting section on the app.
