As for the loading issue, due to the location of our servers, it might be hard for some of our users to enjoy a smooth loading experience. The location of our servers may play a part in the speed of how fast or how slow our webtoons will load in your location. The number of people using our services at the same time and similar location may also affect how fast or slow they will load. To help better or fasten the loading speed of our webtoons, we suggest turning off all battery saving options. Due to the obscenity laws in various countries and because of our contracts with our payment providers, we are unable to remove the censorship in our webtoons. We currently offer the first few episodes of our series for free to offer our members a preview of our many series. If you also download our English Toomics app, you will see a tab that says "Free". This will take you to a page where our free-to-read webtoons are listed.
