In my neighborhood we have street cleaning time from 9:30 am till 11:00 am .. so I work in night shift still hard to get parking almost four days a week because of cleaning schedule, I had to sit in my car from 9:30 till 11:00 am , still a cop came to me and issued a ticket for not moving my car , my car was running and I am observing everything but still some time cops are I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ , I felt really annoyed and frustrated but what can I do .. I just took the ticket and dispute with help of ticket wiper and they have really nice team , who helped me out and wiped my ticket . I usually take care of my own parking tickets by disputing online or on the phone if there was a probable cause to dispute. So, I was hesitant to use this app. After downloading this app I received a fresh ticket for parking outside the no park zone next to the courthouse where I went in to get a document submitted and ran a few mins late and there was that ugly ORANGE PAPER you never want to see on Your windshield. Since I had so much to do. I thought this would be a perfect time to test this out. I logged in the info it required and within a week, wala.. my ticket got dismissed. I was BLOWN away by how fast they did this without having any other information besides my own. Amazing service.

I heard that you should dispute each and every traffic ticket you get but who has time to show up at the hearing to dispute a ticket? With the Ticket Wiper app I followed the instructions to the letter: Taking pictures and briefly but completely documenting the case. I submitted it before the ticket payment date got expired. As soon as I posted it, Ticket Wiper notified the NYC transit department. In a few days my ticket resolved in my favor and the dues were zero. I’m very satisfied with the user friendly experience and highly recommend it. Thanks Ticket Wiper for wiping away my traffic tickets.

1st time using this after hearing about it from a friend and low and behold I was found guilty for parking in a very confusing parking spot in Coney Island. another car had been parked in front of us and received no ticket; Definitely parked far out from what was a bus zone, and had pictures yet was found guilty. conveniently 4 weeks later, I wasn’t given any notification except when I went to check the app after checking every day. Definitely won’t use ever again. I should’ve called for my own hearing. I even emailed customer service between that time to check up and they gave me no information, then when I emailed them regarding the guilty verdict they said nothing but would contact the webpage people to find out why I didn’t receive any notification smh thanks for taking my $118

It automatically charges my card, doesn’t allow me to use an echeck method. Then the card failed to be charged properly and now it won’t let me update the information properly. I prefer to pay for the “guilty” tickets through the pay or dispute app but instead I’m locked behind a screen forcing me to update my card (which won’t let me update since I try to enter the numbers and instead fills in EVERY SLOT so doesn’t work). I can’t reach the setting page unless I “update my card” so I can’t even toggle off auto pay. So I’m deeply upset. My “unupdated card” is still getting auto charged and yet the app is still having issues with it. I’m tired of this app. I can’t even STOP them from charging me. I am genuinely considering a lawsuit since I lack options to stop them or get money back at this rate.
