TezLab - For Tesla/Rivian

I’ve been using TezLab for years and it keeps getting better and better. Great car controls, trip tracking and all sorts of metrics are readily available. The social aspect (optional) is great for comparing with friends and the larger community. The new supercharger reports are also a great addition. Fantastic design, great features and it’s FREE.

First off, this app is visually beautiful. So kudos on that. However, the app is so incredibly frustrating. With all the info being collected, very little useful data/graphs are returned. How about miles per day, kw used per day, average wh/mike per day, efficient vs temp, battery health over time, etc etc. Also know that model 3’s normally go to sleep in about 11 minutes. This app won’t let it sleep for at least an hour. After that, it is totally unclear what the app does because I can find absolutely zero details on how that works for this app. Also, the batter tab says “loading battery info . . .” forever. It pretty much seems the app designers have prioritize collecting data for their own needs over providing a truly useful app. Hopefully that changes in the future.

If you have a Tesla you owe it to yourself to get this app. Extremely informative and extremely well put together. Love it!

Just heard about this app while listening to the Tesla Tidbits podcast and had to give it a shot since even Elon admitted this was a cool idea (to get badges for supercharger visits). I guess previously you had to pay for this app but now that it is free - why not give it a shot? My only suggestion is to perhaps modify your keywords so this app can be more easily found in the App Store. I wasn’t sure of the exact name so it took me some time to track it down, but glad I finally found it!

I like the app, and all of the work you guys put into making it but... I just want the app to log information in the background and periodically check on it, but I have to put the credentials in too often which makes it not user friendly and reduces my usage of it and it’s usefulness. Edit: bumping it up to 5 stars as their last update seems to have made it a lot better. Thanks for your hard work on this!
