This app constantly freezes and gives me a black screen and so I keep trying to reconnect and then it tells me I have too many sessions open and I’m the only one and I have nothing! Not appreciated when I’m in the hospital and it’s my only entertainment. Fix it!!! I don’t care that I use an iPhone XS, it should work for all phones!!!

The site talks about all the improvements and I can’t log in through my Apple phone or iPads. I am using my MYtelus sign info as well but it doesn’t work. And I have searched high and low to find a fix - including deleting the app and reloading it a few times. But nothing works. Not much of a benefit if you can’t access it.

Very unreliable app!! Log in issues ,freezes or does some kinda of time out! For a huge company this is a very lame app!!

Works fine when it works, but what a price of crap the rest of the time. Hangs so you can’t logout, can’t login, can’t see anything, gives the “sessions exceeded” error you can’t get rid of nor can you see what sessions are being used or kill them. Now it hangs on the iOS like a F’ing virus and can’t be deleted, can’t be redownloaded, can’t do anything...but it knows it’s still there. Come on Telus, you’re better than this garbage you pass off as an entertainment app. I guess it’s back to Netflix, Prime, Crave..,anything else is more user friendly than this trash. Why is this so complicated????

Terrible!!! Non stop problems!! All of this from supposed ‘world class’ technology company.... you have one job, make an app work and can’t even do that! Do yourself a favour, never get anything Telus. This apps just crashes, won’t start, no sound or no picture... always been like this, take your money and run!
