Have been using the app for months until on starting it a message advises there’s an update available on the App Store. App won’t open so attempt to download the advised update version. Update doesn’t work so delete and reinstall from scratch after restarting phone. Cycle starts again, start the app, app won’t open and advises an update is available on the App Store, download the update and the loop of doom continues. iPhone 8 Plus on IOS 12.4.1.

This app is rubbish. It ‘hosts’ movie posters of movies not available on Telstra TV ... what the? Just a waste of time finding shows that are on Stan, Foxtel and Netflix (which all require other memberships, of course). The app crashes constantly, opens multiple windows and then advises “Ooops...looks like multiple windows are open”. Telstra exhausts itself surveying customers on their experience with Telstra products. How hard is it to do the basics? Telstra can’t supply a consistent mobile phone service, send an intelligent phone bill or, apparently, provide a sensible and functional streaming service. Not in the game.

The app is actually quite good, but there is an issue that arises daily that drives me insane. You have the ability to save shows you watch to easily access them which is great. But when I select a show to watch the app freezes and I can’t use the remote function. I have to close the app & reopen which then takes ages to reload. Tried to make contact about this error but there is nowhere to submit feedback except here.

Best app for streaming services. Searching for a movie/TV program and where it can be watched (Netflix, Stan or other streaming platforms) is one of the unique features of this App and needs to be commended for Telstra team’s creative idea! It was so hard before this app to know where to watch a specific movie. Well done Telstra

Says the app needs updating, the App Store doesn’t say it needs updating...??? Deleted and re downloaded but still the same issue. The app will not load at all, just keeps loading. And you have to reconnect to the device every time you open the app which is more then frustrating.
