I love this game so let me just say that first. I do however have some questions as to why on a few things. Why do upgrades cost so much? Why do epic cards drop so infrequently and why did the pvp map change? The new one is absolutely garbage. I used to play this game for hours a day but now I just get on collect my chests, do a couple of tasks and get off bc I’m still so far away from whatever I’m working on. Also, there should be a reward system for clans with active members who donate regularly. It’s hard to find a whole group who donates so an incentive would be nice. Maybe increased chance at better drops in chests or even set marks that reward with towers. Also, shard amounts need to increase if lvl ups are gonna be so high. I gotta play all day for a tower upgrade that cost over 2k. Honestly, I don’t want to. Again, I love this game and will likely play for a long time but throw us a crumb. I absolutely will not spend any money on this game and so grinding is the way to go but why burn people out making them grind and most of what they work for is nothing but common stuff. (Until recently I literally had almost 1000 of a card.) They’ll play to lvl 10 and stop like many do now. Just a thought. Hope this was helpful. And the pvp matching has gotten a little better but still needs some work.

So first, I wanna say I honestly love this game. I’m a sucker for tower defense and I’d gotten to a point in the game where I was doing well, several rare towers, etc. And then the app decides to crash. Every single server that would try and load when I opened the app would just not work. Eventually I wanted to play and I had no other choice so I redownloaded it, and when I did that half of my progress was just gone. Emeralds I’d donated, towers I’d unlocked, rankings id achieved. My level was reset about 4 levels and I’m back to the basic 3 cannons even though I had around 7. I’m in League 1 when I was in League 2 and i just really don’t feel like playing anymore because if the server crashes again and i lose my stuff then what’s the point? I genuinely enjoy this game but i don’t want to repeat the same stuff I did before, especially because of how far I’d gotten. :/

Ok so the only way to get a chest is either placing 1st through 3rd in any event, or you can open the 2 free generic chests that contain a few cards, or buy them with shards. Prior to the new update, up to rank 20 used to get at least the bronze chest. The gold coins used to allow you to pay shards to level up, now only come in chests or you can buy 50 for 4.99 US. These used to be a drop from beating the big bosses in each event. But they did give about a 30 sky shard buff to all the ranks in each event! This doesn't help because you still need cards to upgrade. The option to upgrade via sky shards alone requires an insane amount of shards. Honestly you need to tweek your exponential growth equation as well as the initial value for just upgrading without using cards. From a monetary standpoint you have painted your customer base in a corner of the kitchen and then set the house on fire! If you want to make money you have to give and take. I provided evidence that shows you took away all our grinding opportunities to upgrade our characters for free (save the 2 free small chests every 3-6 hours), and also made it insanely difficult to bypass the lottery system that is opening chests, so that we can upgrade the towers we need to defeat those fast and op mini bosses now. Whoever thought up, and whoever motioned to have that thought implemented needs to be fired ASAP!!!!

Just downloaded the game today. Finished the tutorial and played one sudden death game. I enjoyed it so I wanted to play again but when I I tried to the app crashed in the loading screen almost immediately. This happened the next 4 time I tried. For an app with a 4star rating this is unacceptable. I came here and the majority of the reviews are 1-2 stars. Not sure how they have an almost 5 star rating. They have +20,000 review which feels astronomical for a game less publicized and more popular apps and games. Am I accusing the developers of inflated/fake reviews? Am I also blowing off steam because I can't play their game because it is currently broken? Yes. Yes I am. Please fix. EDIT: I figured out the cause of the constant crashing. There is a specific ad/promotion that whenever it is shown after attempting to launch any PVE mode will cause it to crash. Which means you're playing ad-roulette anytime you want to play a PVE mode. Considering this is the most commonly shown ad there is about a 10-20% chance you won't get that ad. All you can do is hope and pray. This is ridiculous, and completely unacceptable for a game to have such an obvious bug and not have it fixed already. Games should work 100% of the time. 0 out of 5 stars don't recommend until they fix the problem.

The game is completely unplayable now. In the recent update the developers attempted too fix a few inconsistencys the game had, in doing so they dismantled it and gavels what seems like a beta of a new game. The old mechanics where redesigned too make enemies stronger then they already were, towers (which were already unbalanced) even weaker, drawing more attention too your "hero" that will die too just a few enemys. All in hopes of generating a new fan base of new players but even an old casual player that hasn't played much like myself can't progress in the game when wave 5 will kill you if you're not extremely careful. I use too make it around 30 waves in now it's impossible too get anywhere even with the new upgrades we get constantly but can't obtain because of the lack of upgrade material we get, what is 3 for a 5 minute game too much too when I'm trying too upgrade a tower that cost 450 ?
