While I want to give them 5 stars I just can’t. My number update issue was fixed. But not before I turned into the crazy neighbor lady. Which I’m not proud of. There needs to be better communication between SurveyMonkey and it’s app users. My issue is not with the time in between surveys, or the money amount. I have always been happy with both. Surveys are done when I have time. No problem. 5 stars for that. 5 stars to the folks who helped me. Jil, Alan, and tech person. -5 for the automated mess you go through to get help. I will admit I went overboard. Hitting all their Social Media and BBB. But a person should not have to have such a hard time getting help. Especially if they have already done all the help links/emails/calling an automated phone line options that are suggested. I feel for your Customer Service employees. Once we do get through. They have to deal with your companies frustrated customers. It’s no doing of their that the app is set up in such a way that communication is a mess. SurveyMonkey please read your negative reviews here and on the BBB. Try to address them. Most are asking how can they talk to someone after week/months of trying. You shouldn’t have to be a paid app users to get proper hassle free help. Signed, Crazy neighbor lady. LoL

I’ve checked out a lot of survey sites to no avail. Most of them awarded very cheap or gave me countless surveys that didn’t match my profile. This app changes everything! I’m happy with the amount of surveys I get, and they actually pay well! Almost all of the surveys you get are a good match for you, and even if it’s not you still get some rewards—10 credits now. I used the money I made towards buying a wedding gift for my roommate. It runs smoothly and is easy to use! The only critique I have is that sometimes I don’t get notifications for new surveys so I possibly miss them, but even still I love this app! Totally recommend if you’re looking to make some money on the side, but be aware that this is not a way to make a lot of money fast. It’s just a little side gig, and an awesome one at that. Keep up the great work!

I think this is very cool. The only thing I would say something about, is the amount of surveys that you get. I only get 1 per week, and each one gives you usually only $0.75 which isn’t a lot if you do the math. Although, I understand because tons of people do your app. So if it was a dollar and there is almost 300 people that play everyday, it would be a big part of allowances. I just would like for it to be upgraded, or get a bigger group of people. Because with tons of people downloading it there must be a decent amount of money coming in, and coming straight back out. Everything else is pretty good. I really do like this app. So if you are reading this I would continue to play this. I really do love this app. Just please make more surveys, or make the surveys have more money. Otherwise, this is the best survey app I have ever played. Way better then other rip-off games. I have read some of the other reviews and they are fairly similar but you have not done anything about it. So please keep that in note. I understand it may take a while to figure out what fits, but maybe you need a bigger team. I’m sure lots of people would love to help.

Let me first start off by saying for the most part I love this app! However there are a few problems I’ve been having over the last couple months. First I keep getting notifications saying I have a survey and then I don’t. And when I have surveys I don’t get notifications. My second problem that has happened to me a handful of times is that I get a survey and take it and i get a decent way threw it and then it says I have to answer a question that I’ve already answered and can’t move forward. I reported the problem once but I don’t like that I can’t get paid for a survey I was taking because of a mistake on your part. I do like the concept of your app though and think other than that it’s awesome!

I think this app is a great idea since a lot of people have spare time when they’re on transit or waiting for something for a couple of minutes and willing to share their opinion on some survey for $0.25. My main complaint about this app is how buggy it is. Half the time I spend 2 minutes answering 15 questions and at the end it tells me I haven’t filled out all of the questions even though I clearly have. Or I won’t be able to proceed to the next question. And then when it says it will find you a new survey, it doesn’t. Because I try to give insightful and honest feedback in the surveys, I am much less likely to give the same level of detail if I have to input it 3 times before successfully being able to complete it. Also, half the time there’s a new survey it does notify me. I still appreciate the app’s existence but it can be frustrating.
