Take notes and draw on an infinite* canvas! Stretchpaper is a new way to take notes, make diagrams, and show your artistic talent. With an infinite canvas, you'll never run out of room. Stretchpaper is both fun and useful! Export your drawings as images or mega-pdfs, manipulate vectors, define your own pens, and more. Works great on the iPad, but works best with the Apple Pencil and iPad Pro! * not actually infinite, but close enough!
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
App is amazing. It is straight forward and easy to use. Love the infinite canvas as that is what i was looking for. I found a few other apps that have infinite canvas but they all lack ease of use and simple tasks that are imperative for taking notes. So far great app. SIDE NOTE: I am having an issue with a bug. For some strange reason sometimes the notes shift slightly and what was once fully highlighted in a certain color or pointed to with a line for a label tends to be offset. So in other words something is causing notes/coloring/labels to shift just slightly. This can be annoying and can cause issues especially with labeling and highlighting. Can the developer take a look? From what I can tell, it happens when i reopen notes after some time. I do move the screen a lot using my fingers but apparently haven’t been able to pinpoint it. Please do check this out. Side question: Are notes being backed up or saved anywhere? And if so how can I check? I have set up iCloud with my notability but I don’t know if its also working with this app. Can someone get back to me about these two things b/c I don’t want to loose all my data.
I love this app. It’s my favorite. The first day I tried it I just kept saying how great it was. Using it It helps like no other app. I can get my ideas down, move them around, re-organize, add to, zoom in/out, erase, delete, and draw with white for fine tuning intricate details. Great for brainstorming, calculations, taking notes, even drawing! Every college student should have this for notes because it’s so much easier than a bunch of pages all separated from each other that I’d have to transcribe to show relationships anyway. Wow! Quite the treasure. Just for feedback, I would get excited about 1) the ability to custom name my drawings, 2) have copy and paste, 3) a color pallet for those who don’t know all the #’s, 4) layers for adding something where there’s just no room, and 5) folders for organizing and keeping things uncluttered. But even if you don’t ever do those things, enormous thanks to the developer. Yay! Custom names feature! Fantastic!
Played around with this app for about 5 minutes and I'm impressed. It has a powerful set of tools and functionality, however it seems not cluttered (I love the ability to hide each toolbar). I couldn't find undo though, any hints? It is fairly responsive with few doodles that I made, have yet to see how it performs with bigger notes. I was looking for an app to use with Apple Pencil that would give me infinite (or close to) canvas and doodle/freehand notes ability with the option to select and move/scale notes with the idea of doing quick freeform mind mapping. If you're looking for something similar, I recommend this one.
I’ve wanted an “infinite” canvas for white boarding since I bought the original iPad. It seemed like such an obvious thing but no one ever made the app. I’m a UX designer and white boarding is kind of my life blood. Now I can have a single white board for an entire project and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I hope the developer keeps it simple like it is because it’s near perfect in its current state. My only wishlist item is copy/paste of elements on the board so I don’t have to redraw boxes but that’s a small, small item. I don’t have such a thing on a regular white board so it’s really no big deal.
This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I need to draw mind maps for med school, but I’m always limited by the canvas size on all the other note-taking and drawing apps. I really wanted infinite space to flesh out my ideas and just get words on paper without limits and this neat, simple little app lets me do that. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pen flow! Most expensive note-taking and drawing apps don’t have pen flow as smooth as Stretchpaper does, which is impressive given its low price. Three bucks? My daily latte costs more and does way less, delicious as it may be. Thanks to the developers for making a great app!
