Stellar Age: MMO Strategy

I have played several renditions of the same reskinned games. And this one raises the bar imo. For all the skeptics who, at first glance, think it’s pay to win. Give it a try. You’ll finally feel relevant as a f2p patron. And if you do decide to occasionally drop some cash on a game you already enjoy. It feels good. Not like trying to catch up to a bar set too high for the casual player to ever be relevant. Trust me. If you have read this far. Give it a shot.

This is a great game where you can consistently improve your strengths. You can choose to pay a PVP or support role. Join a corp for best results. Recent changes/updates have fixed some issues that the game suffered do to a improper balancing. Give it a try!

Graphics are pretty good. The game has some decent gameplay. HOWEVER, they advertise "build a Dyson sphere" and "expand your territory" and other things that are not available in the game. The devs are focused on implementing events which almost require you to make in-game purchases, and the game is buggy as heck and crashes a lot. In game chat is censored with a N.azi like furor, where the mods can ban you for virtually anything, especially discussing faults of the game. If you try to go on discord and complain to the devs, they will ban you from that as well. Crazy Panda is very intolerant, and VERY thin skinned. Find another game until these guys learn how to conduct proper customer service, and truth in advertising!

This last major update made it nearly impossible to farm resources to get research done, build ship or even upgrade buildings without paying for them. So if you like pve stuff you will be out of luck when you get past the starter levels. PvP stuff will dry up around mid levels with everyone having shields up constantly, only dropping when the when they forget to renew them. This was a decent game even with the bugs before this last major update.

Good graphic but poor game design. Don’t play it. I have played this game for 3 months. The recent update made horrible changes on the gameplay. You can not change the major game rule overnight just expecting people to adapt it! It took me much much more to to farm the resources than it used to be. Sorry I don’t have that much time on this poor game. I tried hard to play it because I already spent some money on it. But my patient finally run out.
