Having the app is great for when you’re wanting to read without WiFi. However every time I have to upload my answers I have to uninstall the app because it won’t upload if I don’t. I have talked to their support many times about this issue and they tell me all I should have to do is just completely close the app, but when I try that it works maybe 10% of the time..

Hello, I didn’t see a way to write feedback besides writing a review. The app itself it great and very easy to use. However, when I’m using it and get like 3-4 pages in, the app will kick me back to the top. It continues to do this until I close the app for 5-10 minutes and re-open it. It’s getting very frustrating because I can’t do my readings on my phone when I don’t have my laptop.

Overall the app does was it is supposed to, however it is lacking some pretty basic features. This includes the ability to highlight text to take notes. Also the app only works in portrait mode on an iPad. Using in landscape mode would be awesome to have another app open (I.e. notes) side by side.

I just had a question regarding the Soomo App Icon. I have the app on my iPhone and on my iPad. The App icon on my iPhone is normal but not on my iPad it shows something else. I have tried to re-install it but it still shows up the same.

It’s great for reading content, but cannot play noise. When I am watching a video through the app, it always plays without noise. This is fine since I can just look the video up, but what is not fine is when it has audio clips. These have no title, so I cannot look them up, but they still play with no sound, essentially making chapters with audio clips impossible.
