Sleep Timer – Smart alarm

This app sleep timer is super useful in so many situations because sleep is your best friend but waking up isn’t for some people like me especially with this quarantine tingz my sleep schedule is not the best and when I got this app it just made me want to sleep on time and see if it worked and believe it or not but it did actually did work it was very useful and I love this app I recommend it to ages 8+ [lets elaborate] so when my sleep schedule was messed up I wanted to wake up on time for school (6:00) sleep timer made me want to sleep at the times given and I did and I woke up quit fine if you ask me then to make sure it didn’t only work on me I made my family download it and they fell asleep at the times given and they woke up at the time needed especially my dad who has an even worse schedule woke up at (6:30) and my dad would usually fall asleep at 5:00am but when he got this app he fell asleep at the time given [conclusion] this app(sleep timer) really does help I recommend to get it hope this comment helped you :)

This truthfully is a great app I usually have a wack sleep schedule but this app helps me to manage that. Before the upgrade It lets you put when you want to wake up, and tell you when you should go to bed. Or you can use the IF I GO TO SLEEP RIGHT NOW mode, which is my favorite because I am a night OWL, then you will have alarms already there that you can pick! And before the upgrade it only lets you pick how long you want to snooze for. (The settings button to change how long you want to snooze for and other stuff like the sound of your alarm It is in the top left corner)....after the upgrade for $2.99 it lets you get ready for bed with melodies and how long you take to fall asleep, so you can customize it to your needs. And it tells you advice that is very helpful for a good nights rest. I Am still working to fix my sleep schedule fully but I will soon, especially with the upgrade and I am only 11! Just got the app last night. I've been struggling badly with getting the right amount of sleep for the past few months. No matter how much I slept, I'd always feel sleepy throughout the day. I got the app last night and decided to give it a shot. I aimed to get all 6 cycles. I woke up when the alarm went off at 9am, and I couldn't believe it. I felt so energized!! It's 3pm now and I haven't once felt sleepy as I'm going through my schoolwork. This app is very helpful in determining the right amount of sleep for me, and I'm very excited to continue using it!

It calculates how much sleep I need by when I need to be awake. I used it last night for the first time so I would wake up refreshed for my devotion time earlier in the mornings. I'm trying to set a pattern. What it calculated for me was accurate and helped me wake up better. The alarm clock has a pleasant tone as well. I just get bugged when the app teases you with stuff that has to be purchased. But I understand they do it to make money. Just a pet peeve.

This *was* a great app, but recently they've added extremely upsetting "advice" updates that can't be turned off without upgrading to premium. They'll seriously say stuff like, "Anxiety is the predominant emotion felt during sleep." I downloaded this because sleep is difficult, & now I'm reminded of its necessity & dangers throughout the day, without warning. Deleting soon if this doesn't stop; what a twisted feature for people who have trouble with sleep.
