Sleep Now

I love this app. At first, I was a little thrown off from things like animals in the house (definitely NOT the apps fault...unless it somehow told my dog to come in my room and sit on me! :P ) so I didn't fall asleep. However, I became very much relaxed. I might even call this dude the Morgan Freeman of englishmen. (Eeep I hope I got my facts and accents straight there...sorry if I got it wrong and/or offended anyone...not my intentions! I'm just stupid sometimes hehe.) Also, I love the relax machine. It provides many excellent tracks. In fact, I can't even pick a favorite! I love this app. You do not even know. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to drift away in my bubble, motherforgetters! ;)

I've been looking for the perfect sleep induction audio for over 20 years. This is it. None of the supposedly more high tech or better researched or more famous ones come close. I've got dozens of others I never use anymore because this is basically in a whole different category of effectiveness. Thank you david!

And works very well. I have never, ever made it through the entire session, because I am always sound asleep by the halfway point. The breathing exercises work well for me, and the sound machine is fantastic for relaxing. Ridgeway's voice is so calming and soothing. I was very lucky to have stumbled upon this app as a freebie. But it is worth a great deal to me. Give it a try!

Sometimes I just need a background noise or to get mind to focus on something else and this app does that I've been using it for a very long time. I. Writing a review because I got new phone so i had to download it aging. Worth it check it out!!!

I like the user interface design of the app. It is very functional and had the right settings such as closing the app after sleep. Comes with high quality audio and soothing background sounds to help you relax and sleep. I thought the actual hypnosis session was quite boring. It put me to sleep but for some reason I woke up 2 hours after.
