App does not work on my iPhone 6s, as soon as I start to book it errors, works on my wife's phone (same model) though???? It's clearly not been tested anywhere near as much as it should and the company clear y don't care as it's been like this for over a year!????!! The website is awful too, even displays incorrect seating that messed up our plans to see Bohemian Rapsody on New Years Eve! Reading cinema gave no compensation despite website and app not showing correct info for more than a week and no doubt misleading alot of people. Shocking app, website and company - not to be trusted.

But if you’re looking for a film at a cinema to see what times are available on different days, it’s horrible clumsy, you have to pick a date, scroll down to your cinema to find the times. To see the next day, you have to scroll all the way back up move date and then scroll all the way back down to see the times. The odeon app is much simpler and easier to use. Edit : there is a better way, but it wasn’t obvious. A little tutorial or tour on how beat to use the app would be good.

I find the app really useful. We have a little ‘Cinema club’ so its really handy to be able to book tickers for us all together. One really handy feature would be to have the ability to put the persons name against the stored insider card numbers. That way it would make the whole booking process quicker and not needing to use 2 devices, one for the app and one for the Notes where i have all the numbers stored :)

The app is good at letting you book seats etc and choose before arriving but why have an insider card if you can't link it to the app and it register that you've bought tickets in advance? This means you lose out on the deals such as watch X amount of films and get ....... Sometimes films are that popular you need to pre-book but lose out somewhere. Surely it can't be that difficult to link the card and app?

Love that you can see the films, book and see rewards through the app. I would like to suggest however that when signing up for Insider that you are given the option of having a card or using the app - as someone trying to reduce plastic waste I would much rather have the app and not been sent a card if that had been an option.
