This App is better than other similar Apps in as much as the points add up a LOT quicker & there is also the odd very quick survey available to earn extra points. However the cons compared to other Apps tho are that you have to snap your receipt within only 7 days (compared to 14 with others) & you can not submit more than one receipt from the same shop on the same day (not a problem on others). But the points do still add up quite quickly compared to others. One blip that could be looked into tho is that when an error occurs (which happens) & you report it, if another error is then made on the same receipt (which also happens) you can’t do anything about it as you can’t report an error twice! Even a different error! This should be something easy for the developers to sort tho...

Really disappointed after months of saving up receipts I was excited to finally have enough for a £5 paypal voucher, I redeemed through the app and my tokens were deducted - it told me my payment would go through in 48 hours. Well I have now been waiting almost 2 weeks and still had no payment into my account. I’ve contacted customer support on both facebook and their help email line, and only had one response - telling me if i needed help i needed to email their help email which I had already done!!! Finally had a short response saying that they would look into it and they haven’t gotten back to me since. Customer support is absolutely shocking and I’m massively disappointed that i’ve wasted a bunch of time and given them a lot of receipt information only to be scammed. I guarantee if they respond to this review, it will be them referring me back to their unresponsive customer help email address for the 3rd time. Avoid at all cost! Don’t waste your time!

Update: i did contact help desk several times and they cannot resolve my issue. Advising me simple things which I’ve done before and nothing has helped. They cannot sort it clearly. And I still can’t use it on my brand new phone which is ridiculous. Only my account as my friends can login for their accounts on my phone. ! I’ve used my app on the old phone Samsung with no issues. When I bought new phone I can’t even log in to my app. It keeps coming back to the login page saying something went wrong. I can login on different phone as I tried because I thought there is issue with app - no , I just can’t login on my phone. I’ve tried uninstalled it few times already and did all steps it still the same. Shoppix team isn’t really helpful as they keep advising me same things which I’ve done few times already. I can’t use this app myself having more than 3000 points already .

I have problems logging in all the time and have to keep resetting password because it won’t allow me to choose my own. Why can’t it allow keychain access or face recognition. You need to input a lot of receipts to get a voucher. One receipt was accepted and no points awarded and no way of contacting them to ask you can challenge a receipt but no free text allowed so when I challenged they said it had already been accepted but no explanation as to why no points. You can only input one receipt from a shop each day. So when I recently went to Boots twice in a day second one was rejected. You can’t enter electronic receipts either from app purchases such as Caffè Nero so that’s a pain. I have just claimed my first voucher so not sure on how long this will take. I think with some tweaks this could be a good app.

I like the app and I’ve claimed £20 so far. I understand that I can only submit 30 valid receipts per week. My only issue with that is, when does the week start and finish?? Unlike Receipt Hog, which tells you exactly what dates make the week, Shoppix just doesn’t give you a clue. During the festivities, I submitted 15 receipts on the same day, upon checking the app the following morning, I noticed that most of them weren’t awarded any points as I had exceeded my weekly limit. I have no clue when the week in this app starts and finishes. Please input some sort of indication. The shopping bags aren’t helpful at all. Thank you.
