When this app was first launched it was stable and reliable. Lately it's been useless. Freezes and drop Outs! They used to say listen live on the website before the app and that was useless as well. Time to bring in some 15yo app developers to fix. Doesn’t work on iPhone8 or 2015 iPad mini but used to before latest “update”. Also no one at the station can help because they don’t have a tech dept. Hutchy not good enough to treat listeners like this

This app used to be great, now all of my mates in WA that (try to) listen to the app in the car over Bluetooth struggle. It plays for a few seconds then drops out. It freezes and forces you to close the app fully, start another audio source then restart the app to make it work again. In the car I either have to turn the stereo off and play it over the iPhone speaker or go without SEN, otherwise I’d spend my whole commute playing with my phone trying get it to connect. Audio quality seems worse than older versions whether you’re on a full bar 4G on home 40mbs connection. Latest version of the app, latest iOS, terrible Bluetooth functionality. Please sort it out.

App was great but I updated last night and this morning nothing. No stream on any channel. Quick fix would be good. Cheers found out about the fire later cheers for that. I do find that I have to reload the app if someone calls. It also no longer shows the controls on my lock screen regularly with the latest iOS update. Thx

I’m not sure if the apps the problem or the station itself, either way it’s a frustrating listener experience. Constant drop out’s clearly being experienced by all listeners and sometimes you’ll get a constant loop of ads. It’s even worse for those of us in S.A, the AM reception is unlistenable, not on digital radio and when the app fails, they try to block you from using other radio apps by shielding it with some African radio station. Clearly they want to force you into using the app (almost certainly for monetary reasons), here’s a tip, if this is your business model perhaps make sure the app works......

Love listening to the boys in the morning. Long time listener. Just really relevant and up to date sporting information with a very light-hearted feel. Just the thing to start each working day with. That being said the entire day is filled with its own magic. Each program has its place. What’s not to like?
