SBI Card

It’s a very useful App. Of all the credit cards that I have used, SBI is the best! Also rewards offered are attractive, useful, up to date & value for money. Only 2 suggestions I have; 1. Reward points redemption should be made more effective. Items on the App do not match with the SBIcard website. Website info is more up to date. Both should be in sync. 2. Payment process should be made more smoother, simpler & easier. The windows that open while making the payment are not iPhone / smartphone friendly. The screen sizes are that of a laptop / desktop screens & that makes it quite inconvenient.

I am banker and i personally have all types of credit card of every bank but the application and user interface that SBI provides it’s far better than anyone in the credit card business. And even payment get instantly updated through paynet while others still using bill desk and changes in mobile number and address are even better and less time consuming. And now the transaction dispute also will be key factor that we can do it from application itself. Good in service. Thank you SBI card.

This is very nice card also many offer I like this system if I any type of transactions swap the on the spot showing in progress this system not give any other card I recommend any one take this card also application is Very very nice system for any query I suggest for some improve payment system becose if I pay via debit card this is limited. Debit card accepted so pls improve any debit card accept so easy for all time payment becose many people try debit card so pls in future for this system so good for all also good service Thanks

SBI bank should have the best technology teams. I found their online credit card website design to be top notch and very beautifully done. And in the same way this mobile app, very great experience, very intuitive and it’s very fast. Thank you for always setting yourself higher benchmark in providing best online customer experience. You surely are giving tougher goals for private banking sector and also have left them behind. Thank you !

Maybe they are trying to pretend themselves to be a good credit card company, they way of handling of customers even when the card is active or vice versa is ridiculous. They have hired collection executives or god knows may have given reaponsibilities to third parties which are is short ‘Third Class’. They lack communication among themselves and at the same time only know how to loot customers money without helping a customer genuinely. Even there are people who are from third parties and state themselves to be SBI cards people and if one talks to them it seems you are talking to a 8 class fail student. SBI cards... you have a long way to go to become actually a good servicer. Remember... a customer is a customer even after the card provided is inactive.
