Good morning and Happy New Year! I have really enjoyed playing your games a lot. I do have a problem with a couple of things that happen while playing a game. Right in the middle of the game up pots a square telling me I didn’t win in the tournament and to try harder and bet a higher amount next time. Well quess what I didn’t join your tournament you joined for me and I don’t want to bet a higher amount. This game and my TV are my only entertainment as my funds don’t allow for outside entertainment. I don’t think I’m the only one that has this problem either and I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be fixed. Thank you so very much.

I do enjoy this game, the graphics are especially good. My problem is like most others. It is not random, when it gets to the really big numbers the winning percentage goes down, not somewhat ... drastically. I have kept track probably 8 or 10 times for two weeks, each time, and every single time it does. Not sometimes, every time. Knowing that, I wager accordingly and it is annoying, but not enough to keep me from indulging. What is the most disconcerting is the developers insistence that it is random. Just own it. I don’t have any problem knowing at. Just don’t insult intelligence. That being said. I think it is very fun, mindlessly relaxing in a way. I highly recommend it, just be aware of how it works. Jump for a time to another game when you see the direction it’s going, and don’t expect t win big every single time. GL. Coming back just now, betting 600,000 a spin. I spun 27 times in a row and won nothing, then hit for5 free spins and got nothing. Will not be back on your games for awhile. Am sure you will not show my review. Very disappointed. Have been an excellent customer.

I have been playing this game for years and now today it’s giving me a hard time to get into the game it says I have to register with Facebook or play as a guest first of all I don’t have Facebook don’t care for it that being said I tried to get into the game as a guess and it doesn’t let me in if this continues I will have to delete this game and that’s a shame since I’ve enjoyed this game for so long . Shame on you for ruining this for me from a concerned player 🧐. Since you took so long to get back to me I already had deleted the game when you said I should try it again .. well I downloaded the game again for the third time unfortunately for me I had to start all over again which meant back to level one ugh!! I’m not a happy camper I had lots of stars over 400 and level 130 the first time I had over 400 levels and 800 worth of stars to use as I pleased now back to square one still disappointed Concerned player🙃

When I first downloaded this game on my iPhone 7+, it was great I was winning big almost everyone I played (which was daily) and had accumulated over 1 billion coins, and then I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 8+ and had it linked to Facebook account so when I had to redownload the game I had to start all over from the beginning, now correct me if I’m wrong but I thought when you linked the game with your Facebook account you could save your progress (obviously I was wrong) and now that I’ve started over I can’t win hardly anything and can’t get a bonus game or free spins. And to top that off this is like the third review I’ve written with no response and the reviews I’ve written in the past are not there anymore, so do y’all just delete all the bad reviews and keep the good ones to keep your overall review at 5 stars, this is ridiculous, so I will be deleting this game and removing it from my Facebook page. Thank you for your timely response on my past reviews (insert sarcasm here)!!!!!

I read all the other reviews how everyone loved this game. While it isn't that bad, for me personally, I find it boring to play the same slot over and over again until you level up. Then you finally level up and you have 1 more game to play and so on. They give you one slot to start. I think they should give you at least a few slots to play when you start as you're leveling up, some that are worth playing. I'm almost to unlock game 4 and it is tedious and mind numbing so far. Ugh. I get bored easily and I guess I like instant gratification, being able to choose between a variety of games like many of the other slot casino games offer. I've downloaded another one where you have to open other slots by leveling up and they do give you a few Good slots to choose from on level one. The rewards are good so that is a good thing. I'm sticking with it as I purchased the 1.99 coin pack because the reviews all said how great the slots were and the purchase was an awesome deal so I hope the leveling up happens faster and the games get better. Honestly, if it wasn't for my purchase I'd have deleted the game already.
