Finally Signed up after three years of just paying with my card.. no free ride on sign up like promised. Entered my daughters birthday in and it’s supposed to have 5 free rides.. one free ride came up.. looks like it connected to the ride but then pressing the start button on the ride did absolutely nothing. Abit sad for kids looking forward to extra rides on their birthday. Especially considering how much I have spent on these overpriced rides over the last 3 years. I’m really over it, I’m not going to use them anymore.

This app, and these rides, are not worth risking your $3 on. I tried to use a ride today for my daughter and the machine took my money and didn’t work. Then I called the hotline to get my money back and the person on the phone had no idea and told me to get my refund on the app. There is nowhere on the app to arrange a refund - it tells you to ring the hotline! An absolute farce. They have no interest in customer service.. it’s a complete gamble as to whether the machine will work and if it doesn’t you can kiss goodbye your $3.

I downloaded this app and purchased tickets to use on a particular ride. Then after following instructions, I received a message saying it was unable to to connect to the internet. The FAQ says they are working towards having all rides connected. If certain rides are unable to connect then why is there a message only after you’ve provides your card details? There are no other rides I want to use so have wasted money and time with this app, Ride on have pocketed money for doing nothing.

Have used this app religiously since downloading, makes life so easy when your out and about with the Kids. We did have one time where the ride wouldn’t connect but called their office and they fixed it up straight away.

As someone who walks around mostly without cash and coins, this app is fantastic So easy to entertain my 2 year old whilst we’re out shopping with the click of a button. It’s fun, easy to use and the best part is affordable. Fantastic app. Thankyou ride on!
