Reef Rescue: Match 3 Adventure

Great game. I’ve played for several months now and it is a challenging game. I personally think the only negative response is that 20 diamonds seems like too many when you want to try to win after you have used all of your moves. I realize the gamers rely on revenue from sales but this amount is overwhelming.

The game so far I like, HOWEVER, I’m clueless on how to play, besides the obvious match-3 .... I see the fish swimming with soda cans, sushi, pizza, etc... in a cloud above their heads, what’s that mean? There are no directions anywhere I can find. And what’s up with not being able to move objects around to where I want them to go & not just dropped anywhere & on top of each other. Other games I’ve played similar to this allowed me to move the things I bought for the tank. This game nope! Would have play it more often if I knew what was going on!

I’m not a fan of most match-3 games, but Reef Rescue is OK. It is similar to another aquarium/sea game (Fishdom). The graphics are colorful, bright and vivid. One issue is decorations canned be moved around, so players cannot design their reef as they desire, in Fishdom players can move around decorations. Another issue (as with a lot of games), is that “real life” money would be required to play: of which a lot of people don’t have (like for me, I’m on a limited monthly disability income— for someone else, it might be because of being a child on an allowance). So far I like Reef Rescue.

I like that you don't get stuck on a level through too many tries. If I'm stuck for too long I don't play that game anymore. Funny that after play to a certain point, it moves you to a new a new aquarium. At first I was bummed because I had just decorated a lot, but I actually liked the change.

The only reason I am sticking with this game is because unlike Fishdom it has SEAHORSES!! I would give 5 stars if the graphics were better and if you could move stuff around in your reef. I think there are glitches because you have to win and wait for hundreds of levels to unlock any decorations. I think this game is relatively new and hope the makers improve and fix with next update.
