This app is when you are working with an agent. You can adjust all of your criteria from the app or you can do it on your computer. Since the app is linked to your agent you can collaborate on homes you like right in the app. I really like that I can search freely and my agent will see if my interest are starting to change. That way he/she can help direct me to the right path. Sometimes we just don’t know what we want until we start searching. This app helps to figure that out.

It’s not a search tool, even though that’s what they’re advertising this as. This is probably the most useless of any real estate app I’ve tried. The idea of collaborating with your agent on searches is great, but if you can’t search yourself yourself with it what is the point?

Feature ideas: -take personal notes -Communicate w realtor on property page (like on website) -Mark viewed listings as read -Do not show me listings that I mark to hide or as hidden -I’d like to see which of my realtor’s searches for me brought back a particular result
