I bought this only for the pulse ox as I have the Iwatch series 4 that gives me accurate readings for my heart rate. This tells me every time that I am at 99% saturation when my own meter is telling me 90% I am very upset that I wasted 5 dollars on this app. First app that I’ve ever bought that was more than 2 bucks. I blame myself partly for not doing my research. I just figured if it was 5 bucks it must be good. Clearly I was very very wrong. Bottom line. Do not buy. Save your money. Terrible terrible app and false advertisement.

At first I was like why is my heart rate low like 55 or 58 I’m pretty sure it’s in the 60’s then I checked on other apps and other equipment like actual Oximeters, and blood pressure machines and it’s in the 58, 57 at rest off course, so it’s pretty accurate not exact but it’s a couple numbers off, like maybe 2 on the beats per minute or 2 on oxygen levels, but I don’t see anything wrong with that, all you people can’t appreciate his/her hard work then just don’t leave anything negative, delete it and leave him/her alone, it’s a fine peace of work.

I see many reviews saying pulse is way off. When I use the app, it is fairly accurate with the doctor’s office. The trick is realizing not to hold too tightly over the lens, this restricts blood flow and reduces the pulse in your finger. That being said, this is not intended to replace your professional equipment. If you have concerns, see your doctor.

I bought cause my grandsons dog chewed up my o2 sensor. I wear oxygen unless I’m just sitting still and then sometimes even sitting I have to put on oxygen. This must be for athletes cause my o2 can register from 69 up to 97 with oxygen. It registered me at 94 no matter what So it was a waste of my money. I’m 67 years old and on social security I don’t have money to waste. Gave 1 star cause heart rate was interesting but not sure if it was right I don’t pay much attention to pulse rate.

I had open heart surgery 2 weeks ago and this app put my mind in piece. It is simple easy to use app and you do not need hook up any other sensors. The complainers should buy for them selves medical sensor/machine instead of complaining. Thank you guys who wrote this. Excellent job.
