Psychic Union Personal Reading

This is the first time I've ever written a review for an app but I'm doing this because I hope my advice helps you. I have been in therapy for the past 4 years due to PTSD and depression-related symptoms. Therapy has helped me tremendously, but I often feel as if I'm alone because I don't have a lot of friends. When I downloaded this app a year ago, my only intention was to ask how I can live happier, how I can cope with life, how I can feel better, etc., I did not expect to meet lovely people and eventually, get to know them better like they we were friends. But that's exactly what happened and I come by every week now, sometimes 2x a week, to talk to the lovely and positive people behind Psychic Union. If we're in the same boat, I'd like to stress that this isn't therapy but it can help you cope.

Hello when I first got the free trial for three days. All of my questions were answered by advisors that seem to have connected with me. Then on the last day of my trial I asked a question and one advisor named Alfred did it answer none of my questions he just wrote a bunch of junk I did not care nothing about. So I asked the same question and another advisor name Eaglestar just wrote a bunch of garbage that I did not care nothing about also. So I contacted customer service and they provided me back with one question which I paid for. So I asked another question and the same advisor Eaglestar took my question and gave me a bunch of garbage words again. If they are not going to answer my question then why take it. Smh this is horrible. I asked him when would I hear from my boyfriend because we got into an argument and he tells me that I had problems since I was born and a bunch of other things that has nothing to do with me or my question I ask. That has nothing to do with what I am asking now and also that is false. Then he tells me to give him my favorite color, favorite creatures and dislike colors. If I respond to what he is asking that would be another $3 wasted. If Eaglestar answers your question go immediately to customer service because I doubt it would be answered correctly. He did it to me twice already and I have not had the app a week smh

Hello 🙂 I love this app. I hv been looking for something that lets me talk to professional psychics who know how the leo season would affect my life and im glad i found them here. Theres Theresa and Anjelie, 2 great advisers I've had the pleasure of meeting this past month. Highly recommended! The affirmations are perfect and really inspire me. However I am having a problem trying to read some of the affirmations so fast before they change and there is no way in the settings for me to change that. I'm finding it very stressful trying to read s0 fast before the affirmation changes. please please fix or add an adjustment in the settings. 😀 thank you for this app I really need.

I'd like to comment on my recent experience with this app. I'll start off with the positives. Number 1, I was surprised to know that the horoscopes are free. I really enjoy reading them everyday because they're always so deep and helpful. Number 2, I'm glad you added a questions assistant to this app because I don't want to waste my reader's time. Now on to the things I wish you should add. Maybe you can give us more than 1 free question to start with. I hope you consider this. Number 2, maybe let us facetime our readers? That would be so fun! Anyway, thanks so much for reading :-)

If you get lucky, you’ll get a few people with good english. Sometimes it lags and you can pay for more questions but it doesn’t actually let you ask them. Customer service takes almost 24 hours to reply to 1 question. When you have to re explain yourself, instead of being reimbursed your token it gets used if they misunderstand you and you try to explain what you meant. I have received some good answers that make me happy and hopeful but overall the app leaves me frustrated because of the lack of communication. If I’m paying $3 for 1 question, I expect whatever i can fit in the 400 word count to be answered, in details that I can understand and comprehend. It has room to advance, as I have used multiple psychic apps. This one is not the best
