First off I absolutely love the new UI! Much cleaner simpler and easy to navigate. I've done everything from haircut to fitness and even massages and it's nothing but perfection. This app has done a tremendous job of not only creating an easy to use service, but also loading up the app with incredibly talented specialists. An app I never knew I needed has become a vital part of my daily routine

I was a former employee. They don’t look after their employees. I have spent countless hours driving to different homes, they don’t reimburse for any parking fees, they never paid me in a timely manner, they control who they to give jobs to even though I accepted a job they removed me from the job. The app is absolutely worthless and they are never really available to be reached. They are taking advantage of workers time and money and customers should realize that they are supporting a company that is playing with families livelihood. Keep this in mind the next time you think this app and service is a good deal. You are only contributing to their awful deceitful ways of how they are taking advantage of hard working honest people to serve you the client. Stay clear.

The app is difficult and it’s challenging to get prompt customer service if your professional bails. My make up professional was excellent. My hair person canceled 55 minutes before the appointment. I understand life happens, but it became my problem to try to find someone or do it myself. If I wanted to do my own beauty, I wouldn’t have booked two weeks in advance. I had to keep booking on the app and wait for anyone to respond. Each time authorizing my credit card be charged. Customer service responds well after the scheduled appointment time. Not the first time; actually two out of two for using this app and service.

Hey , I recently booked a hair and makeup for my friend with her credit card and instead of charging her card it used my available $100 credit can you please issue me a new credit since I never had a chance to use it . Thanks

Booked hair and makeup for an event several weeks in advance. It was going to be one of those days with many things going on and hair/makeup for the evening event was important to be able to get to places on time. The time was carefully scheduled. Priv made a few changes to the personnel and then confirmed the appointment weeks ahead of the day. 15 MINUTES before she was to arrive, she sent a message saying she would be 1.5 hours late!!! Of course that would not be okay!!! Turned a celebratory event into complete frantic-ness. So upsetting. Priv is unprofessional and has vendors that will do this to you!
