Jigsaw Box Puzzles

I have been using this app for about 5 years now. There is always a great selection of beautiful new puzzle packs to choose from, free ones at least once a month and the option to make jigsaws from your own photos. It is easy to use and now has some great additional features, such as the ability to organise your puzzle packs into folders. Brilliant when you have a lot of packs! The other thing that makes this app great is the outstanding customer service. Queries are always replied to very quickly and no problem is left unresolved. Excellent.

I’ve used this app for a while on my iPad and often buy a reduced pack of puzzles for 0.99. I went to do so on a Wednesday and when it went to the payment confirmation screen it was 1.99 that Apple would charge me. I reported the problem and got an email back saying this had never happened before so I sent a screen shot. The following day the lady replied saying that it was because it was last weeks offer and that they change on Monday so if I hadn’t closed the app or I had slow WiFi (two day slow WiFi!) that’s what had happened. Seems funny that the puzzle pack disappeared right after my first email. I’m disappointed in the email I received as I know it’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle. No offer of having this pack for free or even a thank you for letting them know or an apology!

I’ve had this app for several years and I couldn’t live without it! I can’t go a day without doing at least two puzzles. The photos are beautiful and there’s always new and reasonably priced packs coming out. The recent updates make using it on my iPad Pro a dream to use and unlike other developers, all questions have always been answered promptly and helpfully. Just one little thing...... could you do another pack of fantasy/alien/surreal landscapes please? I love those. Thanks for all the hours of pleasure you’ve given me! 😁

I have tried many so called free jigsaw apps over the years. In my mind this is the best one, especially since the last update. And no I am not 4+ years old I am more like 72 years old, some puzzles are easy others can be hard. What I would like to see is the increase in puzzle pieces, maybe up to 500. I have recommended this app to lots of my friends. Keep up the good work.

I have used this app for a long time and have nothing but praise for it. New puzzles are available at a very reasonable price and the ability to use your own photographs is a real bonus. Having contacted the developers recently about a minor issue I can also say that their customer service is first class.
