Storyscape: Play New Episodes

First of all I want to start off by saying love the game it has great quality, it has great graphics, and honestly I think it may be the greatest interactive story game I have ever played other than episode. Even though I like the game there are some cons I have number 1 the the wait for tickets I think it’s a shame you have to wait 2 hours for 1 ticket and then 1 other hour for the 2nd ticket, I understand updating of fixing the game a little bit some times can be hard but as a fan of the game I think the time who have to wait to get your tickets for some players it takes the fun out of the game for them so maybe you maybe set it to 1 hour to get both the tickets of if you don’t change the time make the tickets you get higher. The second con is the diamond choices again I understand that interactive games like this one have gems in them and what not but the choices you have to use your gems on are kinda high, and lets be real some of the diamond choices don’t really matter as much as the others and it’s kinda a waste of gems so maybe turn the less the important gem choices down a notch like 10 or something close like 12. Anyways I love the game and the storylines are seriously SPECTACULAR keep up the good work and I hope this game makes it far❤️

This is by FAR the best game like this out there, and I think I’ve played them all. The stories are incredibly well written, which is surprising compared to their competition in the other apps, and the graphics are perhaps the best I’ve seen. The only similar game that I’d rate in proximity to it would be Love Island. Can’t wait Love 2.0 to come out and honestly I’d love to see a continuation of the Titanic story. PLEASE continue it! I was moved to tears by that one! I was set on choosing Charlie but ended up choosing the movie star as my love interest, which shocked even me, but the way that storyline came together was so well written! I would have given it 5 stars but 1) there’s a very small amount of stories on there at this point and 2) obviously buying gems are going to be a requirement in any game like this, but the choices should cost less, like maybe 7 or 10 per choice, not 18 or 24. Last but not least, 3) having to wait two hours for one ticket is absolutely crazy. It causes people to lose interest in the story because they forget about it. Either shorten the time frame or let people gain more than two tickets.

Just finished playing the Titanic story. I have mixed feelings on it. I think it’s odd to use this tragedy as a backdrop for what is essentially a drama game. If historical context and learning was supposed to be equally important in this story, the 1-3 facts thrown in during gameplay doesn’t cut it. I also think it’s odd you partnered with James Cameron’s Titanic when you only see Rose in passing twice and have a conversation with Lady Duff-Gordon and Mr. Andrews. The score was clearly made to mimic the score of the film but you must not have the rights to the film’s score so what’s the point? Your own take on it would have been much better. This story could have been told in London or New York before/after the sinking and still had a similar effect. This is not really about the event, so it’s kind of taking advantage of the tragedy. You can tell where the writers had to start taking the script more seriously to write in the sinking and aftermath, it’s much heavier than the rest, but it’s forced. And the emotional response is forced on you. Same with the ending. You’re left feeling like “this is really sad, but things just might be okay” for this character. In reality these people probably had PTSD. If you want to learn about Titanic in earnest, there are a million documentaries, and even Wikipedia is a wealth of knowledge.

Wow, this is truly an amazing experience. The animation is flawless and the stories are also very interesting. To keep it simple, overall this is an amazing game. Just a few things I’d like for the developers to consider. It would be phenomenal if we could get tickets/gems easier. For example, we should have the option to watch an ad or two in order to obtain more tickets. As for the gems, I like that we get gems for rating on the stories, but ads instead of money would also be nice. Of course, if you want more, you can pay; but having to wait two hours whenever you get SO invested into a story is very disappointing, if you will. Please look into implementing this feature. It would also be nice to have more historical stories, like the Titanic. Base the stories off of real events. I like that aspect very much, and I believe a lot of others would to. Other than that, the layout is clean and user friendly. I highly recommend this app for anyone searching for a good app with actual good stories.

I'm currently on the sci-fi story Eternal City, and I freaking love it! Amazing graphics and storyline, and the main character is a strong female lead! The plot and the way your character develops and learns skills is incredibly interesting. Not much options for customization like other story apps, but I'm guessing it's due to the difficulties of creating lifelike movements for the characters- they have a really amazing breadth of expressions! I am obsessed with the story I'm on, but a little disappointed that there aren't more stories to choose from at the moment. I'm sure more will come once the app becomes more popular. To those curious: yes, some actions require diamonds that you can purchase, but it seems pretty generous and you have chances to earn extras after each chapter by finishing it, rating it, and watching ads. I found purchasing some to be worth it, but again I'm pretty invested in Eternal City. I might feel differently once I check out the other stories. I have a feeling they might be lacking the depth that Eternal City has. (This is the main reason I'm only rating 4 stars, until I can check out more of the stories!)
