Hello I really like this game I think it has great potential. I wish it kept working for me as I want to play it. So what happened was I 1st got the game and played it all the way to it was the default alliance tutorial it was showing me to that works but it wouldn't let me click the button to progress the tutorial. So I did all the steps online of how to fix it I restarted my device shut out of the app and reloaded it and then deleted the entire app and re-downloaded. After I re-downloaded the app I thought I would be able to pick up with my profile and the few cards I had but no it restarted the entire game so I had to re do all the progress I had made and I was like okay I'm not that far in no problem but then I get my 1st win when to open the box but again my game wouldn't let me progress so I just deleted it and will wait to get back into this game once there are some bug fixes and the game run more smoothly! So listen, I love this app. As of right now I have a mid gold and have one major gripe with the game. And that is this garbage ranking system. Not to say my opponents are unfair, however, the game seems to have serious trouble with keeping track of my actual rank. If I've recently demoted or promoted I have roughly a 50-50 chance after the match of making progress towards my actual next rank. For me it's displayed as many as two ranks lower than I current currently am. For example if I just demoted back to gold one, the end of the next game may very well show me at Silver 5 put all my progress of that when into my former rank. Just before writing this I was supposed to promote to Gold II but instead, got a leak up from silver five into gold one. It's very very irritating, and I don't know if anybody else has this problem but I would love to see it fixed. Other than that I love the game! EDIT: The most recent update seemingly wiped my account and threw me back to the tutorial and asked for a name for my account...Nothing I've tried has remedied this though I have not even input a name incase doing so would override my account. However as of now I cannot even play anymore. EDIT 2: The recovery did indeed happen on its own! And you were indeed correct on the separate ranking system. I had no idea. I have just started playing this game, and I really do enjoy playing it. Matches can be either really quick and decisive or it’ll take longer with back and forth action. For me it is really fun but I do have some concerns about it. Firstly, there are always connection issues for me. I am unsure what causes the problem, but whenever I boot the game I’m greeted with either “connection lost” or it says I’ve been playing on another device (which I haven’t). I have tried rebooting my device, changing networks, switching to data, turning WiFi off and on, rebooting the app, but none seem to fix the issue. It is getting rather annoying. Second, I feel that some features exclusive to VIP users should be accessible to all. Specifically I’m talking about how many armies you have per faction. I would rather be able to switch between armies quickly instead of dragging and dropping units over and over again. If these were fixed i would give the game a higher rating. It’s really fun and the AR looks good as well. I enjoy playing both with and without AR activated, so that’s nice. All in all, try out the game if you feel interested; you may or may not have the same issues as me but I think it’s worth a shot!

When u first downloaded the game and played it I loved it. But if you started the game a year ago before the recent updates you will find yourself to high in level not able to compete. I don’t mind paying money for a great game, we appreciate the maker. But usually if I spend for a pack I see a benefit. I bought 4000 gems and all I got for my trouble was one of my characters got much better. Too bad you have 7 on a team. It seems to punish you if you don’t pay money. Can’t quit games, can’t play constantly. Once you have 3 boxes they want money to open them. And of course the first 3 boxes are crap and the good boxes come for money. I wish the makers would make a level for super high players. Gold is completely unfair. How would I who barely made gold have to battle the 47th best player in the world? Make a adamtium a level and allow for growth. Also please add an option to spend money on a specific character every once and a while. Not insane gem prices to increase a person 1 level. Until the maker evens out the game, be ready to love it for a month and put it down.

I have played this game quite regularly over the last 6 month, and have a VIP membership. It is a great way to spend a little down time relaxing. However I have quit playing it twice swearing I won’t go back. The issue for me is the way you gain or lose level points based on winning and losing matches. When you get to the high diamond and elite levels, it get discouraging and feels pointless. When I win a match, I am given usually 4-5 points to increase my level. When I love a match I lose 30-40 points. Yesterday I played 106 matches, and lost 9 of them. I finally quit playing for the day, because I had increased my score by only 26 points out of the approximately 200 points I needed to get, to get back to elite. If you don’t spend a lot of cash on the game, you will hate it when you get to the higher levels. This is coming from someone who has spent $200 on the game not counting my vip membership. 1 day after my first review. I give up and will find another game. Don’t waste your money on this game. Someone will have spent more, and the way the level points work, you will end up giving up like me.
