Choices That Matter

This is now my favorite app. I have just finished 'And The Sun Went Out', and I adored (and slightly hated) the ending. Though I could go into much detail and all the things I loved, I shall not spoil the ending for new comers to this lovely game. Though, I'm a wimp. I get really scared really easily. When I tapped on 'And their Souls were eaten' it said I had to be 13 or older to play this game. I'm 12. I'm slightly scared what I'll encounter when I start this next game when I turn 13. If I get nightmares (which doesn't happen often), I'm deleting the app, but overall, amazing game. I have a few issues to report. First: Sometimes I press a certain choice, and it does the opposite one. I was in a collapsing building and it gave me the option to save someone or run away. I chose 'Save someone', but it had me run away instead. I do not know if this is the actual consequence that happens, or it is actually a glitch. Second: You have spelled a few things wrong. Minor things, really, but I have noticed you spelled 'please' as 'pleaes' and 'on' as 'en'. Not that big a deal, though. This game makes the characters come to life. The wording is amazing, the choices are tough (especially in the end), and the whole aspect of the game is incredible. This app is just perfect. It encompasses 3 stories right now. I read “and their heroes were lost” first before going back to “and the sun went out.” I love how you get so many choices. Sometimes, you don’t have the information to make an educated choice, and I love that because it’s how the situation would actually be in you were there. The writers really carve out a realistic and believable world for the stories. The music is suspenseful and keeps you on the edge of your seat. I also loved the fact that you can watch a ton of ads to get 3 tickets which is very generous. Although some may say the interface isn’t developed enough as other episodic games, I actually love the simple interface more. It lets you concentrate on the story, the plot, and your imagination rather than cementing how people or situations look. I like a little imaginative space. Nothing but rave compliments for this app!! Definitely buy if you love CYOA games!

So I’m truly in love with the first story where the sun goes out , it’s intriguing and more than interesting to say the least. It would be nice if you guys let us use the (Free Ad bar) a little more to attain tickets more frequently but outside of that I’m really grateful for such a great game and Read ! Btw I think the free ads for tickets is great because it lets the Readers “Earn” it instead of it just being given away and it’s obvious that you guys put a lot of time into the app and stories already...Lol it’s worth it and I can’t wait to start the other two stories

(Update) I just finished «and the sun went out» for the first time and let me tell you IT WAS AN EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER FROM START TO FINISH. I’m replaying it now to see if I can figure out the full story. A+ game, would recommend. It has great storytelling, fair systems, and it is probably my favorite I phone game ever ««APPLE WATCH»» if you want to use your Apple Watch, go to settings on the app and turn on Apple Watch (Original) I love the game, it’s a lot of fun and a great story. I’ve only gotten through most of « and the sun went out » but im hooked. There is a fair system for making money. there are « choice tickets » you use one choice ticket every time you make a choice. To gain them you can either wait, watch ads, or purchase them. I will usually just watch a ton of ads when I am doing something else (like watching tv) until I have about 100 tickets, then play until im almost out.

This is easily one of THEE BEST making choices games out there. One reason I love this app is that you are never forced to wait to unlock/play. Other make choices games you’re forced to wait hours or so for new tickets so you can play. You can get tickets just by watching ad’s and it’s not like 1 ticket you get but three! The play is great, the stories good, most choices you go feel like your input matters. I can’t wait for updates on the stories, this is an app I’ll definitely be keeping for a long time.
