I can honestly say I like the site and the games they offer but after 3 separate requests for documentation and another 5 days after everything was completed. I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed after nearly two weeks now. This is beyond unacceptable as other sites that I recently signed up for and others I’ve been playing for years upon years process my withdrawals within 48-72 hours. So to me, it looks like they just want you to cancel the withdrawal and play it all back. I won’t change my rating until this gets resolved. They are holding 3k ransom and every time I talk to customer service they tell me it’s in queue which processing an ach literally takes two seconds as I work in finance. I won’t play another cent on this site until it gets resolved.

This has nothing to do with losing money. Anyone complaining about losing money from a casino honestly needs to rethink their review. The problem comes in with depositing or the lack of authorization, but they still charged me randomly 3 times! 3 times after I signed up for self exclusion. I get it error, but NO customer service is willing to help you. I can’t talk to anyone in person, only casino or Sportsbook I know like this. I have resorted to disputing these charges with my bank. I have another dispute with them that has been since Saturday. The live chat tells me to go to some other phantom live chat. I tell them I can’t even log on to my account. They say I don’t have to, but when I try it just says login or join. The guy signs off after. I thought at first this app wasn’t so bad until you have an actual issue and they just don’t care. They are just here to say “I understand, but sorry we won’t do anything for you” even though you steal money from people that aren’t even authorized to gamble online. I will just remove this comment if human customer service can call and actually talk this over rather than talking to all these different pointless live chats. I’m seriously doubting this though.

I did really well for the first week or two. Then someone got out the wrenches and tightened everything up. Like crazy tightened it up. Forget getting many wilds. Forget even seeing special bonus game symbols. I’ve gone 100 spins straight with no wilds at all. When you do get a bonus game it will be a joke. 10 free spins! Aaaaaaand nothing. Literally, I just waited 45 minutes to get a bonus game, and I won 45 cents. If these things are truly random I’m Santa Clause. Also, there are definitely still bugs. To compound this fact, their online chat help is as absolutely worthless as I’ve ever in my mind seen. If you ask 4 questions, and the answer to your question is “I don’t know” followed up with the old “Is there anything else I can help you with?”, that’s an issue. I’m only here waiting for poker. If the program they use for poker is as horribly non-random as the little bit they’ve teased us with so far, I’ll be taking my money somewhere else. Update: I’ve been waiting 16 hours now for a very time sensitive response from “customer support”. Live chat has now turned into leave a message. Which isn’t answered. Can’t wait for pending wagers to complete so I can withdraw everything and delete.

I 100% agree with yayson75 and to add to the truths he’s already stated. The higher the loyalty level you attain really doesn’t matter. Because this casino isn’t loyal, (unless your and addict and plan to play literally everyday) I reached level 8 and took a break, however within a month I was back at level one.. what they don’t tell you is the points fall back off daily as your not playing, real joke. And if you get a big win walk away for a while because there definitely taking it back 4 or more times over before you get another one. And every small win the system disconnects you from the server completely, and the only way for you to be aware that your disconnected will depend on the browser your using, because unlike the others, this casino will allow continued play and loss of your money you’ll just never get a hit or a bonus board because you’ll be disconnected. What a horrible business strategy. And I’m sure there very much aware of it. Don’t waste your time.. Run

I’ve been playing for about a month. They have a wide variety of games to play including some live table games and decent sportsbook. I ended up getting lucky and winning a little money in one of the video slot type games. After a few days I requested a withdrawal and received the payout quickly. The app is associated with a major casino in NJ. Seems to be pretty good. Of course this is real gambling, you win some, you lose some. Just one issue with the app itself. The login screen hangs sometimes so you have to double click home and kill the app completely, restart and login. It’s a little annoyance during start up is all. Good luck!
