i already paid my loan before due theough my online banking. when the customer services called i asked if i can pay through online banking. she said yes. i asked if how she said just check the app. there's an option BANK, i click and saw a bank account. i asked the csr if i there's no need for validation because other loan app have their validation step when paying. she said there's no validation, Ganun na daw. I asked if account number lng and bsta yung nasa info ng masaganang buhay.. she said yes. so ginawa ko. but until now, my loan was not yet paid in the app. and its already overdue. so i paid for nothing? masasayang yung 2000 pesos ko for nothing then i have to pay again? please help me fix this. ive been calling your number but it seems na hndi nagagamit. Incorrect number daw!

Beware of this app! Besides of the skyhigh interest, when you're delayed even for a day, they will send a text blast to your contacts! I was so furious when they did that to me because this is against Data Privacy Act! I called up their customer service, and asked for manager to speak because of uncalled action but the rep cant even provide a name of her manager nor her last name! What a scam indeed! To those of uou who badly need money, better lend to a friend/ relative/ family member or even 5-6. I swear not to use this loan app ever again!!!

Warning guys! Do not attempt to download this app. They are insisting that they already transferred the money on my account but the reality as I have a proof that there is no transaction made on January 15, 2020. They are expecting me to pay even if I haven’t receive the money yet. Please do not download or else you will experience STRESS like what I have experienced today. Customer service representatives has a poor customer service and is very unprofessional. They will never help you.
