DIGITAL POSTBOX Have your letters and invoices sent directly to your digital postbox or scan them using the app and say goodbye to piles of paper. The postbox of the future is digital. PAY INVOICES IN JUST A FEW CLICKS Thanks to the PEAX app, paying your invoices has never been easier. Payment orders and due dates are entered automatically. Invoices can be paid directly in the app – securely and reliably through the Swiss bank of your choice. SMART ARCHIVING – INSTANT ACCESS Still searching, or already found what you’re looking for? Several clever tags, a filter, full-text search and a history make finding documents and information child’s play. Areas: *Login: Easy login using Touch or Face ID. *Cockpit: Navigate your way through the cockpit to access the areas where your unread messages or due dates are shown. *Stream: The stream shows what’s going on in your portal, for example whether you’ve got mail, whether your invoices have been paid or whether you’ve received a new contact request. *Subscribe to digital mail: Add your organisations (e.g. banks, insurance companies, telecom providers) under the section ‘Organisations’. If you wish to receive digital mail from these organisations, click on ‘Subscribe to mail’. All mail from these organisations will then be sent automatically either directly by electronic means or via the PEAX scanning centre. In both cases, compliance with the strictest data protection guidelines is guaranteed. *Receive digital mail: Digital mail is sent to your postbox. Invoices are automatically moved to ‘Invoices’. You can process, forward, archive or add a comment to your mail in the postbox. *Pay invoices: Outstanding invoices can be paid directly in PEAX. Here you have two options: add one or more bank account and instruct your bank via PEAX to make payments. Alternatively, you can pay your invoices in advance by transferring funds to your PEAX transaction account. Whichever option you choose, your invoices will be paid in just a few clicks. *Scan documents: Click on ‘Scan document’ and take a photo of the document in question. If required, add more pages. *Upload: Here you can upload content in all common file formats from your device into your portal. *Archive documents: Before archiving a document, you can apply one or more tags to it. This will make your documents easier to find and instantly accessible, for tax purposes for example. Besides tags, you can also use a filter and full-text search to quickly find your documents (by name, company, etc.). *Contacts: Here you can connect with people with whom you wish to share information and documents. *Settings: Under Settings, you can set your chosen language and preferred security and payment settings. Security: All content in PEAX is transmitted and archived in encrypted form. Content is hosted in Switzerland according to the highest security standards. Data protection guidelines are strictly observed and ongoing quality assurance measures are applied.
