Hard to set up; especially with more than one child. Then when you finally get it set up and figure out how to pay for a field trip; it states an error message “unable to complete transaction”.. so you try again.. only to keep getting that error. Come to find out; it WAS completing and charging your card multiple times! Wrote to customer service for a credit back to my card; never heard back from them. Still trying to contact someone. I hope my kids school decides to ditch this absolute junk system.
Set up first child fine just a little confusing adding credit card. Could not add a second child through app. Drop down boxes didn’t work. Kids go to same school so that was not the problem. Finally i gave up and used a PC. It asked me 3 different security questions then the ones I set up. Thankfully it let me skip that part. Set up on auto pay so I don’t have to deal with this app or website. Hopefully my credit card info is safe. Who set this up? It’s just terrible and so childish.
Developers listen up! This does not work!!! You need to fix this ASAP!! I used this app before and it worked ok but was far from good at least it let me add funds before. Now I’m trying to set it up again and it will not let me. It says it doesn’t recognize my email or the token is bad etc etc... this is horrible, cannot change password cannot reach anyone, cannot use the app it’s useless! Fix it to work at the bare minimum and it should be fine... it right now it’s horrible!
Downloaded today put both my kids in it got money in there accounts only to try to log back in tonight to go over costs and funds with my wife and account is having technical problems on the first day are you kidding me this is the kind of trash the school systems are up to these days just another pointless use of time another way for the school systems to do less work right up next to online class work to no homework
Please bring back the old app. I miss how I could check all my kids accounts, activity and add funds all on the same screen. This new app takes so much more time because I have to check accounts individually then add funds individually, then go to the shopping cart to check out. So many more steps and so much more clicking around. There's nowhere to check payment history. Even the look of the old app was cleaner and easier on the eyes. Not impressed.
