So from what I understand with this app is that when you try to make a reservation in the app, you’re actually opening an in-app browser window and making a reservation on their website. Which alone is just clunky but fine. The really pain in the rear is that once you make a reservation it never syncs to the app. So I ask you, what is the point of the app if you can’t find your reservation on it?

This is the first review on an app I’ve ever written, that’s how ridiculous this thing is. The app downloaded fine, and I was able to create an account, but good luck trying to make a reservation! “Still working on it” is what I get during multiple attempts to get to the reservation screen, waiting for several minutes every time. When I finally make it, it won’t allow me to change the dates on the reservation screen. Not so user friendly. We’ve had good experience parking with these guys at DIA, but this may be what makes us look elsewhere.

Some good features but 90% unreliable. gets stuck in endless loops often during checking or checkout holding up the line. One of the worst apps I am sometimes forced to use. Fire the original developer and bring in the right talent to develop a working app. The large amount of lost business will easily find any premium for real developers.

I want to start parking at the airport just to use this app. It’s super easy to use - earning bonus points helps me save money and best of all I always remember where I parked! Highly recommend this app. It’s really pretty and well done

This is a nice mobile version of the web app. The interface is clean as well.
