3.0ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd (OAIS) was established in 1995 as a joint venture between ORIX Corporation, Japan (ORIX) and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd (IL&FS), India. In December 2011, it became a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation Japan with the aim of expanding its presence in the growing Indian market by leveraging the know-how and expertise that ORIX offers worldwide.
