OneWayCab

I understand paying royalty to google must be very expensive but please use other better navigation system. Many towns areas not showing while booking. The irony is if you get booking from one client from particular place why not update that in the system to take it next time??

We have been using the services off and on, but since last few months the quality of cabs and driver has deteriorated drastically. In the last trip, the driver, Nilesh was uncouth and rude. Did not know how to behave with women, one even being a senior citizen. He had issues with reducing music volume and even adjusting AC for the passenger’s comfort. His mannerisms, tone and behaviour were very rude. He even threatened to drop them off on in the middle of the road. After repeated calls, customer care got the driver to drop them at the destination. The driver kept blabbering something or the other along the route. He behaved as if he is the lord and the customer has to accept whatever he says or does. I wrote a feedback, but the ticket is still being processed after 4 days. No resolution. No assurance of better rides in future. No response on the phone. Driver himself said “Hum hai to oneway hai, mujhe kuch nahi hoga.” Just shows the attitude of the company towards it’s customers. Please DO NOT book them, if you’re looking for safety and peace of mind during the trip for yourself, friends and family.

I had to visit ahemdabad one day to see the doctor. Since i had an appointment at around 10 lam i had booked one way cab for 6am in the morning. The day befre i was told tht on the day of journey at about 5 am in the morning i will receive cab details. Wen i got up at 5am in the morning , i had not received any details from them. I then had to call them and lastly they said they dont have drivers so they wont be able to send a cab for me. Last moment after a huge fight they dint even send a cab nor they had any regrets for the same. I had to catch another local cab last moment, and i also couldnt reach Ahmedabad on time. Very poor behaviour of staff and pathetic service .

My parents live in Vadodara n after one way cab they can easily travel to Ahmedabad without spending too much cost of paying 2 way taxi. The Driver comes always on time and no reminders or calls are to be made or any follow up required . Thanks one way cab for your excellent service and keep the good work .

Absolutely disgusting service, after booking a cab from point A to point B and paying online, they call to tell me that my point a is 40 kms away from their geological point A and have to pay extra money if I want a car. I don’t know what’s the point of them having an option to choose from when they have fixed pic up and drop off points. This is ethically not right and is the first and definitely the last time I use they’re service.
