Horribly the app is much worse than last year’s. I use my TV to watch football matches via AirPlay. Starting this season, the connection always breaks or keeps loading, whenever I simply choose to AirPlay the screen onto my TV, or click the home button to use another app, or lock my device. These situations didn’t happen last season. I would say this has to be fixed urgently, not to mention you should actually build an app for AppleTV.

I don’t know how one can develop a stupid app like that. I can’t push a bottom for watching, just “how to watch”. Then they tell my that I can watch on laptop or IOS! Haha. I am on IOS. Ridiculous app. When I see all the comments and average mark I am wondering if there is a boss in this company. Happy that I don’t have their service at home anymore.

Worse App ever! PCCW should find a better fishing app to trick people from giving them marketing consent! Shame on you. I can watch nothing from it and there isn’t any way to make subscribe content. Total waste of my time!

It’s unable to watch offline for HBO Go when I was taking a flight. The video quality is not as good as Netflix. I would not continue to subscribe to the service and even not recommend anyone to use it.

The app is also bounce back to home screen this season of EPL... in the last six weeks. Need to quite the app of even login again. Even worse tonight is that i cannot log into any match entirely. No reply after i send complain to CS...
