Night Light Lite Nightlight

...especially for those early hours when I can’t sleep but don’t want to turn on bright bedroom lights. I also like the nature sounds setting to relax to as I finally drift off. I battle chronic insomnia as a result of Fibromyalgia, spinal cord damage and all over nerve damage and neuropathy, and though I have medicine that’s supposed to help me fall asleep and soothe the pain during sleep, sometimes the pain is too much. The gentle sounds and a softer nightlight of this app aids in calming me a little, even if I can’t fall asleep. Thank you very much to the developers for a simple app that works. And no, I haven’t been paid or otherwise enticed to write a review. This is my own personal experience with this app over a year’s use.

Over the year I’ve been struggling with insomnia, this has worked better than melatonin tablets or other apps (both alternatives that work, but not as well). The color settings are customizable enough to fit many different preferences, which is definitely a good thing. However, my one complaint is that the sounds, which are sometimes more important than the colors, aren’t free, and most of the free options aren’t as effective. Maybe you could have the user pick three or four different ones for free when you first download the app, so that they have sounds that are more likely to help them sleep, and they can buy the rest if they want? Besides that small complaint, this app works really well. Would and have recommended!

This app is so easy to use, and the controls are simple. It’s a powerful tool to light up the darkness with a plethora of great colors! I love the variables from really bright to dim too! I use this app all the time, because it doesn’t drain my battery too much. Also, I can charge my phone while the app is running without slowing down the process... If you need a night light or just want lights that can change colors (or custom pick the lights you want) to enhance your atmosphere, then this app is perfect! Like I said, it’s “simple and great!” If I could ask for something from the developer, then I’d say that a timer would be awesome!

People may be confused because the light is going in and out, which is a feature you can turn off. This app has many great features in the free version! I'm scared of the dark so this app helps me out tremendously. It suggests updating but you don't HAVE to. Which is great. Honestly his app is amazing. You can set a timer, change the color, choose to play music, change the fade and brightness and all you have to do is tap the screen! I don't know why anyone would give this less than 4 stars :))

I was going out to sleep in a tent without light, and all the other apps aren’t as great, and this one got a lot of reviews so o thought I would try it. When I opened the app the first thing that popped up was an add. I was very dissatisfied with that. It took a minute too. Then when I went to change the color of the light, it started to mess with my phone. Then I got aggravated and closed the app, turned off my WiFi , and went back in. Then another add popped up and I was really mad. And the one thing it was trying to sell me the whole time was premium. And why would anyone want premium when all it does is mess with ur phone and then it might not give you adds but still. You get the point. I hope whoever downloads this app has a “great time” seeing the adds they have in store for you.
