User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Was very excited when I saw that mobile app is available to manage my loan. But got instantly disappointed as I can’t log in with my account/password. After contacting support I was told that I should be using different browser 😀. Took me 15 mins to explain that we are talking about mobile app and there isnt browser involved. Afterwards, I was told that my account need to be explicitly enabled to be accessible from mobile app. After “enabling” it three times from their side, I was told that there need to be something else fixed and it will take few weeks to do so. Few weeks !!!! So, useless app, useless support. Very disappointing. So seems that every time somebody will leave bad review here, they will respond that dev tram should be contacted directly over provided email address. So I did that and guess what. Yes, absolutely nothing. No reply, no comment, nothing. Such useless company. One advice for you. If you dont know how to make software, dont do it and hire somebody who can !!!
I would like to start off by saying that when I bought my home, the original loan was immediately sold to My Loan Care. Not happy about that but what can you do? That being said...This is my second time paying my mortgage and was happy to see on their website that there was an app. Cool, it will be super easy and convenient I so naively thought and downloaded it immediately. Wrong. I log in and like every other one star review, it takes me to a “two step verification” screen where I’m supposed to select a phone number and method of contact to protect my account. However, the only option under both of those is “SELECT” so you can imagine the frustration of not being able to use the app since you can’t get past this screen. Bottom line, don’t waste your time with this useless app. Judging by the other reviews contacting customer service won’t solve this problem.
This app is a total farce and joke like a bunch of the other reviews have said. I installed the Apple version and once I entered my info to login, the little thinking wheel just kept spinning. And spinning. And spinning (yawn). And spinning... It never actually even logs you in. Amateurs must have created this, just like Mid America’s main online website for making payments, that constantly offers up “error” messages every time you try to pay. You call customer service and they say, “oh yeah, I hear that the website has errors a lot”. Yet, in a year’s time, nobody has fixed it. I think they offer this sheisty service, so they can collect more in late fees. My mortgage has been sold to these guys and I must say, they are the absolute WORST mortgage company I have EVER dealt with. Bar none!
Loancare solely exists to process your payments late and try to force you to pay a late fee. Ever since they bought my loan in May, I have had absolutely nothing but problems!! I mail in payments- they sit on them until after the ‘grace period’ and try to hit me with a late fee. I try to pay online and it takes the blood of a virgin- I’m asked security questions that I never would have chosen because I don’t even know the answer to them. $10+ fees if your pay after the 4th despite a ‘grace period’ through the 15th, $12 to pay over phone, and $24 late fee for anything processed past the 15th. I send my check in with delivery confirmation and I STILL have to fight to get late fees reversed. They have abhorrent customer ratings for a reason. Don’t waste your time on this app.
App is easy to use and allows great control over my account and payments. Maybe this will help those of you having issues with the app, sometimes Apple apps require updates but you don’t get notified for whatever reason and they stop working. This has happened to me with other apps and could be why this app stops working occasionally. Just remove the app and grab it from the App Store again, this has fixed any failing to login issues 100 percent of the time.
