Once Covenant Health grants you access to the online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the MyCovenantHealth mobile app with your MyCovenantHealth username and password. If you have access to multiple Covenant Health hospital and medical practice portals, you can view all participating portals through the app. The MyCovenantHealth app allows you to connect with your care team to: • Securely message your provider • Schedule and manage upcoming appointments • Access medical information, including laboratory results, medications, health issues, allergies, immunizations, and other health records.
