Been using this service for over a year and everything is exceptional. I have 2 dispensers upstairs and downstairs, the water is an excellent quality , my pets love it way more than tap water. As a result of using this water we are all so much more healthy. Thank you Alhambra! I even get a great little workout carrying the bottles upstairs. It’s all good!

💔5 - Any delivery changes made in app are not reflected on the website and vice versa. Logging out of the app and log back in it updates with changes made on website. 💔4. On the website confirmation of next order works yet on the app there isn’t this option. This means only on the website can an order be updated. 💔3. The products on the website and the app are not the same. It seems there is more on the website. ❤️2. The app does show the correct previous orders. This is the reason for the 2 stars ⭐️. 💔1. Free star ⭐️ just for getting rated. This is because the star rating system doesn’t fully make sense. Zero should be available. The rating system should have a way to specify what’s rated, the app design, the app functionality, the company, the service, the support. This app was designed well, I haven’t had issues with the service, but because the app isn’t fully functioning it makes the overall experience worse. Maybe a way to report issues without going through the companies website.

I have called 4 times, emailed and still continue to get emails confirming I will get 6, 5 gallon bottles. I have tried to decrease this to 1, tried to cancel the account, tried to permanently postpone deliveries and yet the emails keep coming in confirming my next delivery is scheduled for 6 bottles! I had to catch the delivery man trying to drop off more water and turn him away saying I’m trying to cancel service. He said sorry for the confusion then a day later I get another email confirming my next delivery the vary next day! They won’t take back full bottles and won’t stop delivering them! This is criminal at best! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I need to see more than one future delivery date. Also invoices & payments would help eliminate not having to also go to the website. My biggest complaint is that this company thinks we have 2 water dispensers. We never have had more than 1. I’ve called & emailed multiple times but we STILL get charged for having 2 dispensers. It might not be a lot of money but it’s frustrating & dishonest.

When I first heard that there was an app for my water and delivery service I was excited. If you want to make minor changes to orders this is the app for you. If you are looking for account access, viewing or paying your bill, seeing anything else account related, or simply anything else that is more complex than adding items to your order.... just don’t bother and use the website. There I said it and now you cannot say someone didn’t tell you.
