Music Player X Equalizer

The sound I get from this is superior to the native iPhone music app. The EQ on this allows me to adjust to my likes and not canned presets. I get better bass, mids where I want them and highs aren’t soupy. It doesn’t peak out. Either it knows what the speakers can handle and only gives that and clip the rest or it was very well designed to take advantage of the iPhone speakers. Either way music sounds better through this app than Apple’s native app. Louder and more clear at high volumes. Sounds better at low volumes, than native app, as well. I have not tried this app with headphones. Now I HAVE used this app extensively. Just better in every way than the native app. Even pairs with my car stereo. I can go seamlessly from headphones to car stereo mid tune without issue. Thinking about offloading native music app if possible. I just don’t use it. I have not used this on a Bluetooth speaker yet. **for what it is worth I haven’t spent a dime on this app as of yet. I do plan to buy the skins more to donate to the creators than anything. This is a great example of clean and simple “less is more” programming. Applause 👏

I searched and downloaded SEVERAL music player apps to use instead of Apple's app "Music," because I don't like Apple Music's shuffling algorithm. Music Player X knocks out any other music player app out there. Music Player X is free, it uses all the songs you already have in your phone (you don't have to download songs directly to it), it does not drain your phone battery like the ULink and Sandisk iXPand app does, and its shuffling algorithm allows for actual shuffling. Again, this app is the best for listening music.

First, a little about myself. I am an extreme audiophile with a taste for bass. I like to feel the thud of the bass in songs. Second, this app gives me my fix... first thing I did was tap on a song and then went to equalizer and switched on “XBass” and bam the audio was bass boosted but not so much that it overpowered the lyrics. The interface is extremely easy to use. Third, this app is free... for now. I would not mind paying for this app at all. Wonderful usage and an amazing app. (Ps if you are like me and want awesome sounding lyrics with great bass turn on “XBass” and turn the 10k all the way up, don’t mess with anything else... it’s amazing.) My requests to the developers, please make this app be able to play when iPhone is off so that I don’t have to leave it on lock screen in order for it to play.

I was looking for Winamp music player then this came up, very satisfying as I’m a bass and fade fanatic and this does the just the magic I needed. To the developer would be nice to to be able to play my songs via genre... I have loads of songs and with the apple player I just choose the genre I want to play from and that it. By the way thanks for this amazing app and hope you keep improving it as is! Very simple and looks premium.

The bass options are perfect and make listening extremely enjoyable. however, there are a few issues with the user interface. If i want to switch to a different song, it fades out of the first song and then the second song starts late. The songs overlap and make it extremely annoying to switch songs.
