Missguided

This is my second time ordering from this site. This time around I ordered several items. The first time they shipped my items, it got lost in transit. I contacted their customer service through Twitter and they were extremely efficient and responsive. They offered me a full refund or a replacement shipment of the items I ordered. I opted to still receive the items. After filling out the incident report they sent me, they shipped my package out the very next day. It got to me in like 3 days. Everything I order fit how it should, except for the shoes. They were a bit big even though I ordered my regular size, but shoe sizes are not always true to size no matter where you get them from so I wasn’t upset about it. Overall I’m very pleased with this company and I will be buying from them again. They have really cute clothes for reasonable prices. 10/10 recommend.

The marketing for some of the clothing and accessories can be better. For example when I was looking at swimwear I would click on black triangle top but would also be interested in buying the bottom and/or the accessories displayed in the picture but would have to go back into search and search the items myself. It would be more efficient for the customer to see those items as easy options right below the item. This can also benefit your company, people are attracted to what is easy and tend to shop more if items are being promoted rightfully.

Missguided has a great selection of on trend clothes and tend to be good quality. Some improvements to the app would make me more inclined to shop there more. First, showing suggested items or items in the look on the same page as an item would be helpful and make shopping easier. Second, allowing customers to leave reviews and pictures of the products would help others decide what size or color they want or if the items not for them. There’s a lot of purchases I never made because I was nervous ordering something without reviews or customer photos, having those things would make me shop there all the time.

I love Missguided.. I’ve been shopping here for years! One thing I would suggest is a “buy the look” options so it gives you a way to look at the other items to buy within the outfit.. it gets challenging searching for that blouse you paired with mom jeans.. having no patience lol it would Be easy for me to spend more $ if all the items were an option when you click on one product.

I love Missguided’s clothes although using the app has just become annoying and tedious. I don’t know why, but it keeps on deleting my wishlist so have to go back and constantly re-add everything. Right now it says that I have 60 items on my wishlist although it’ll only show 48 of them. I also have an account although it won’t save my data. If I were to add things to my basket on the app and then log into my account on the webpage it won’t transfer any data, at all. It’s really disappointing since I absolutely love their clothes, although all of these issues have been going on for almost a whole year now so it really makes me not want to shop from Missguided anymore.
