Miller's Ale House Ordering

I’ve been going to this specific location after I moved from New York. The staff and servers are always nice and take good care of me and my family. I love the attention we get. Special thanks to Ethan. Good job. Thanks for being so nice to me an my family.

I don’t get why everytime we get take out there is a problem . Ask for blue cheese get ranch ! The Zingers were so over cooked and dry it wasn’t even funny. The fries with the zinger mountain melt were burnt, I didn’t think that was possible! . I am not sure what scam you are running but it’s illegal to force someone to have to give a tip to order online! I tried to call and order but phone just rang. Finally the recorded message said to use the app! It’s pretty sad when you can’t talk to someone to place an order at a local restaurant. When my husband picked up the food the place was empty so clearly no one was rushing to make the food. We will be finding a new take out place ! Also they now charge a PACKAGING FEE!!! What ?? This place is a joke!

We used this app for the first time today. Ordering, delivery and service were excellent. We love this place, and will definitely use the app and order again.

In the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes! I arrived to pick up with 20 minutes and asked to wait. I waited standing for another 20 minutes. this without receiving justifies the delay. in total it was 45 minutes waiting. I was hungry, I picked it up and left. when I opened it at home, the order was wrong and it was too far away to change. disappointing

The food arrived 12 mins later than they said it would. The food was cold. They used Doordash as a delivery service. At least when I order on Doordash if the food is wrong I can get my money back. I complained on their app and they didn’t do anything. This is the last time I will be using this application. 0/10
