Meridian 157: Chapter 2

Best I’ve played in a long while, and my last favourite was chapter 1. Great value for money (not sure how you manage to produce this for such a low price, but well done!). Immersive, thoughtful puzzles, although often it seems like it’s more a case of piecing together a long string of hints as opposed to actual puzzles, but hey, I’m liking it. I think the clue system is just right allowing a step through, so you can just take one hint to get you started on the right foot. It’s also very useful to know that you can’t solve something yet so you don’t waste time trying to! Looking forward to the next. One request - as with all games like this, I often find it difficult to read some of the small clues even on a big iPhone XR screen (and with glasses on!). The inbuilt camera is useful as I can zoom in on that, but please make it so we can view photos full screen as zooming in within the small camera box makes it harder. Apart from that I wouldn’t change anything. Thanks for the game.

These developers know how to create a good adventure/puzzle game, I loved the first episode/s and was really excited when I found this. It has definitely lived up to expectations, I’m loving every minute, the bits of story you find on route add to the enjoyment, the atmosphere and areas of exploration are perfect. I only wish more people played these quality games instead of FarmVille or candy crush then perhaps we would have more of this nature in the App Store. A heartfelt thank you to these developers for providing me such joy, they have great imaginations. Edit: have just finished and wow ... cliffhanger, can’t wait for the next episode! 😃

Having played the earlier games and really enjoyed them I was thrilled to find the next chapter. It is such great value for money too. Us old pensioners can’t afford these ridiculously expensive games so this is a great boon. Longer than I expected, just tricky enough to get the brain working without making you want to give up. Can’t wait for next level but will be disappointed if it the final chapter. More like this please, and thanks for the hours of entertainment.

Really enjoyed this game. I like the fact that you simply buy (at a reasonable price) rather than those ones with in-app purchases. Great puzzles, and you can always skip the unfathomable ones. I did find a couple where I couldn’t understand what was required to solve the puzzle, so a bit of a clue rather than a “skip” would be more satisfying. Otherwise can’t wait till the final instalment

This kept me wanting to go back to it. I loved exploring the different areas and the graphics were great too. Really imaginative puzzles, although I found a couple of them quite hard to understand. At least there was the option of hints if needed though. I’m looking forward to the next chapter!
