Meatigo – Fresh Meats Delivery

Fantastic product and even better service. I ordered outside of typical delivery hours and the team went out of their way to make it happen! So much so that they paid a Dunzo guy to bring it to me faster than their promise time. So many startup’s have a lot to learn from your focus on customer experience. Nicely done! 👊🏼

Worst customer experience. Rider boy and customer helpline personnel called within 4 times of an interval of 1 seconds/minute. Missed 4 calls. Received first call at 5:07, and last call from the customer helpline number at 5:09, returned the call at 5:10 PM and by then rider boy had gone far off from the place. Rider boy did not even enter the society premises, had that been the case there would have been digital records and there were none. Called rider boy, he picked up the call at the first instance and upon realising who is it, he hung up and didn’t answer the call after that. Customer servicing lady was way too rude and unsupportive and kept on arguing that you didn’t answer the call. No one keeps the phone handy all the time and i returned the call exactly 3 mins after the first call received from rider boy and 1 minute after the last call received from the customer service. Asked her to return my money as I don’t want the order on Tuesday which was placed on Saturday, but the money return has not been initiated yet. Outrageously a worst customer experience. App deleted.

1. The app isn’t very intuitive. There’s no button to allow you to shop more once you’ve reached the cart stage. Getting back is all trial and error. And the cart gets empty if you go back to check on available offers. You just want to give up! 2. Signing up is a nightmare. The OTP doesn’t work. You have to set aside a couple of hours to just log in with their help. 3. The prices are way too steep! I am buying a few things but that’s only because I got a 20% off on my first order. And then too, it’s far more expensive than others of the same stature and quality.

The really and truly appreciate the quality of meat and the packaging as well as the taste. Whether it it the chicken boneless leg, or the mutton cuts, or the boneless thigh pieces , or the sausages and lyoner or the veg / chicken momos, everything is worth commending upon. After purchasing my products from Meatigo, I cannot go to any r other place for my meats .

For working people it is sometimes difficult to buy clean and fresh meat, and especially variety is hard to find under one roof. Meatigo is a boon for me when it comes to hygiene, quality and punctuality. Keep it up guys!
