Not only does it help me run my fast days at the right pace. It also helped me realize my easy days were too fast, and by making my easy days easier, I'm able to rest without taking a day off. This is a fantastic tool for runners of all levels looking to improve their performance. Very thorough pace information to use for the purpose of building workouts as well as target race finish times based on current or recent race performance level that you input. The layout is simple to use and it's easy to update with current race times to get updated pace zones and target finish times.

App is easy to use and a great quick reference, it is also accurate if you put in the training, you can't train for a 5k and run the predicted marathon time without proper training
